Unique accommodation with a magnificent view. A very tastefully furnished house, almost a work of art. Unfortunately the pool was a bit green and too cold. I would stay here again.

We booked a room with a king-size bed and were given a room with a queen-size bed. The room had a lot of hair on the floor and didn't look very clean. The welcome gift as a gold member was also missing. Various items ran out at breakfast and were no longer available. As the hotel only has two rooms with a king-size bed, the owner (Lesego) promised to refund us the difference in the room price. To date, the amount has not been refunded and we have not received a reply to emails or Whatsapp regarding the outstanding refund. This all points to a very dubious management, which is why we can only advise not to book this hotel.

World class! The most beautiful accommodation in Knysna by far. Everything about this place is perfect. The service is world class, all the staff are incredibly professional, service minded, friendly and knowledgeable. World class breakfast every morning made by the best! The owner of this establishment can be immensely proud of Lawrence, David and the ladies(I wish I could have taken them all home with me). We will definitely be back!
