Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville I-75

This is a very clean and well kept hotel. The reception staff works effectively and the custodians do their job quite well. The pillow-top mattresses make for a comfortable bed. The cook/kitchen worker is the best we’ve ever met in the many road-side hotels. He’s serving each person to waffles and coffee, as if in a restaurante, all the while joking, dancing around, making sure all the fresh helpings of the breakfast goodies are provided, and creating an exceptionally welcoming atmosphere altogether. He made our day! The only thing we would like to see during our next stop at this location would be an increased amount of soup in the room and body lotion added to the toiletries. Those were unreasonably limited.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in our shower. Price was right and I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Location was convenient for what we were looking for. I definitely recommend Austin's Steak & Homestyle Buffet for dinner. Great value.

this is not a good spot to stop along the way if you are looking to rest in a safe clean space. The security is poor as well as the room itself is not attractive.

Very nice hotel and the breakfast was close to my room and the pool. The condition was well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This room was inexcusably dirty! The A/C didn’t work, only the fan, and the floor turned our feet black because it was so sticky and dirty.

Room 145 was smelled like smoke and the bed was dusty I wouldn't even talk about the carpet..The gentle who was incharge of breakfast was friendly and nice

My daughter gave back the room key and in the sleeve with the key was her debit card she had placed there for convenience. She quickly realized this and went back to Scott, the front desk clerk. He claimed he didn't have it. She asked to see the key card. He said he no longer had it as he threw it away. He then spent all her money, some with online purchases. He couldn't have purchased things online without her information, billing address, which he had access to since he was the front desk clerk. The second thing that happened to us was that we accidentally made the reservation for Friday night instead of Saturday. We called the hotel and cancelled and rebooked for Saturday night. The hotel put use as a "NO SHOW" so we could not get a refund even from Wyndham customer service. Everyone acts like they are not empowered to do the right thing!! The third thing was that the hotel room was extremely must and rundown. Do not stay here unless you are up for a fight through the red tape and a must room.

Indoor heated pool. Unheated very cold. Water quality questionable. Very limited hours. 7pm to 10pm. Office said 5p to 10p (Stated everywhere 10am to 10pm) Phone pulled out of wall rude staff, acted like I was nothing them when asked about pool or thr broken phone. We Have stayed here multiple times with declining satisfaction. Obly good thing I can say is that will be the last time. Never staying there again. Recommend you don't either.

This place is a filthy dump. Sketchy area with low life scum wandering around. Unsafe and not a place you would want to stay for any length of time. Poorly maintained rooms that stink. Breakfast is a joke and you're better off going out. If I could give it a zero (or negative) rating I would. Stay far away from this one.
