Premier Inn Pontefract North

This hotel took my money for 14th February and 15th We where on a work trip and needed a single room for 1 man We did not arrive on Friday as we where so busy we had to work through tje night so we appeared on sat night to be told we can not stay for 2nd night I asked why as I had pre paid answer was because you never came on Friday so we could not stop Friday I had paid just under 130 for both nights I rang the hotel reception they said too busy to sort it I asked for the general managers name name and I was refused they had no idea I have spent years in tje industry and this is tje only hotel I could not get the gas ne i was refused the name I said I will call in for my money back they can't do that These people can't do anything at reception as she said I'my too busy to helped So I'm 130 pounds down Absolutely crap please do not pay in front you will be conned What a poor do a gm who is not publick facing Rubbish Tony sykes

The room was really comfortable and a good size. The usual comfy Premier Inn beds. Decor was not the most modern but for the price, I was not expecting 5* and was really pleased overall. Recommend for the convenient location as a base. Not if you are expecting luxury and perfection

We use this premier inn to visit family and each time the room is spotless, plenty of pillows and towels. The staff are so welcoming and it’s always peaceful. We also appreciated changing dates due to bad weather. Plenty of parking never an issue when you have been out all day.

Comfortable friendly staff lady who checked us in was chatty and friendly and man on night was very polite extremely satisfied and will return, the restruant had nice food reasonable pricing and slept well without any issue and for the price all in all I'm very satisfied

I was greeted at the reception desk by Sue who was helpful and friendly, my room was clean and tidy and the food from the restaurant was good pub grub. All in all, it’s not luxurious but it’s decent enough for a couple of nights away. I’m pleased with my stay.

Price was ok Comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere, very friendly and polite housekeeper nothing was too much for her when I needed coffee and sugar, towels, bin emptied and I was a bit of a pest in and out needing things, reception lady was polite, the rooms and corridors smelt fresh and clean, best made bed I’ve seen at premier inns and I’ve been to a lot ,my room was super clean thank you for a pleasant stay will visit again :)
