Hotel Alimar Malang

There was no hot water for two days in a row. It's really too bad that there is no hot water for a price of more than 1 juta per night. Moreover, the front desk staff on the first day mysteriously lied and said that hot water will not come unless you let the water run for more than 20 minutes, and even when I did that, there was no hot water. When I asked the next day if this hotel really has hot water, they said they guarantee hot water, so I asked to change to a room with hot water, but at first they said they would prepare it, but when I said I wanted to check whether the room had hot water before changing it, they said the hotel would check it, and then there was no hot water in that room either, so they said the water heater was broken. When I asked when they could fix it, they made an excuse that they couldn't get a repairman to come right away, but there was no hot water the day before, so I think they're going to continue to lie until they get to the bottom of it, even though other guests definitely complained. It's unclear whether there is really hot water. The staff on the first night also got angry at my complaint. The staff during the day on the first day were kind and the hotel was pretty clean, so I didn't want to make a complaint like this, but it cost 2.2 juta for two nights and a cold shower, and there was not even a single word of apology when I checked out, so I couldn't accept it.

The room is extremely small. The double bed room is made up of two very small beds~

A comfortable place that doesn't disappoint, there needs to be a cafe because there should be adequate space

The atmosphere is comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly, highly recommended
