"I highly recommend this B&B to those who come to Saipan for the first time! The boss is Chinese. After booking, the boss told us that we need to write an ETA, and we only know that we need to prepare an ETA 5 days in advance starting from December! Otherwise we may be deported! "The B&B is located in the city center, close to duty-free shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket run by a Chinese-speaking proprietress less than 100 meters away from the B&B, where you can buy some common items. There is a Korean restaurant about 100 meters to the right at the left crossroads outside the B&B. The food is delicious, not expensive and the portions are large. The lady boss of the B&B is very loving. There are many lucky cats and a very big golden toad that only eats cat food. It is super big, maybe you can't see it in the photos. Summary: Saipan is very nice and comfortable, because the people here are very warm, not as indifferent as Americans, at least there is no language barrier."

When you go up, it looks like a townhouse, not a hotel. This is a house rental. The mansion is very large and a shower filter is required. It was nice that the bathroom was large and there were 4 bedrooms."
