"Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects."

"Our stay at the Homewood Suites was comfortable. The facilities in the suite were good. Miss Karina checked us in and was so professional and a wonderful ambassador for the hotel, however all other front desk clerks were much less helpful. For three days I asked could someone come and look at the dishwasher as it wouldn’t empty but no one came until day 4. The location is not convenient if you don’t have a car. The hotel offers 24 hour tea and coffee but for 5 days out of 8 they didn’t have any black tea. We don’t drink coffee so we couldn’t avail of this service. (We asked for teabags every day but ended up buying our own.) The breakfast was less than average, with no orange juice, cranberry juice or tea. We’ve stayed in many other Homewood Suites and this breakfast was the poorest by far of any of them. The breakfast ladies were not at all pleasant. However the tall guy at breakfast was very helpful-Thank you for being so nice. The music, which was played around the pool, began too early (6.30 am)and stopped too late (12 midnight) and was far too loud. I don’t think we would stay here again."

"In our opinion, this is a perfect hotel. Large studio with a view of the Ferris wheel. Very friendly and helpful service. Comfortable beds, everything clean. Well-equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals. Breakfast was also good, with some hot dishes changing daily. We have absolutely no complaints about the smell in the lobby, as complained of by other travelers. Good location, short drive to places like Universal Studios. All in all, a perfect stay!"

"You can cook your own food. There is a 7-11 nearby, which is very convenient. It is only 10 minutes drive from several Disney parks. The hotel is new, clean, good in all aspects, and cost-effective."

"We did not use the hotel resort facilities much, as we were in the theme parks most of the time during our stay. Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks."

"The experience was great! Even though we were by the highway it wasn’t so noisy and busy. Loved the jacuzzi!! They was a little mixed up with the self parking but the manager handled it very calm and swiftly for us. Definitely will be booking again."

"The room was very clean, and housing keeping was provided every day. The front desk was very good, and they also helped to provide boxes and packing for sending things. The breakfast was rich in variety, highly recommended!"

"Got there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude."

"The front desk service attitude is very good, but there is a front desk clerk with braids who is very mean and rude. Please note that the hotel is very conveniently located. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It is very close to Disney/Universal Studios/Sea World! Highly recommended! The room is very big!"
