The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the drinking district. However, the amenities are minimal - shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, and razor - so if you need things like lotion, you'll have to bring them with you. The hotel itself is old, so it can't be helped, but the room smelled like nicotine, and the towels and pillowcases looked worn out, so it wasn't very clean. The price is quite cheap, so it's a good hotel for people who value value for money.

There was mold in the bath, the gargling cup was dirty, water was leaking from the air conditioner, and the parking lot has three rows of parking so if you park at the back you can't get in or out - it was awful.

The room is quite small, the price is right for the equipment base, in a silent place. Good to rest.

It can't be helped that the building is old, but the toilet bathroom (unit bath) had a strong dry smell, and the bathtub had several hairs from previous guests, so I didn't take a bath.

老夫婦2人で切り盛りしていて、既に書かれてた通り、昭和のビジネスホテルの様相で古くさい。 ユニットバスも清潔感なく、お湯の出も悪い。 また浴衣などの寝巻きはない。 ただ部屋は広く、オプションの朝食はなかなか美味かった。 デリケートな人にはお勧めできないが、駅からそこそこ歩く中心街にあって、コスパ重視で神経質でなければ選択肢としてあるでしょう。

I've lived in Kitami for over 35 years, so I've known about it, but the amenities and services are not very good, so don't expect too much. 駅近で拠点としては有りですが、カップルや家族向けでは有りません。部屋の風呂は手入れはされず、私は利用出来ませんでした。トコジラミも数匹居ました。値段重視ならお勧めなのかな。安定求める方ならトコジラミも居るしお勧め出来ない。
