Hotels in Disney World Resort, Orlando

We happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel. If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice. There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles. The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) is 1) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. 2) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊

The hotel is big with outdoor swimming pool, bar, restaurant and other facilities. Although the hotel is old, it is still well maintained. Reception and bell service are very helpful in accommodating my needs. Appreciate their help. Near Disney and universal, would recommend as a more budget friendly choice comparing to theme park resorts.

The room is quite big, with a microwave and a refrigerator. The cleaning was only done once in eight nights. I asked twice to change the towels, and they agreed, but no one came to change them. There are no slippers, so please bring your own. You can ask the front desk for toothbrushes and toothpaste. There are only a few items for breakfast (see picture)

It was the great experience staying in Pestana. The breakfast was great, spacious rooms, coffee and cookies at front desk for my daughter and we used Uber for Disneyworld that seems better option to be flexible. We didn't able to use shuttle buses on our stay as we don't think it is returning back on time. The location is ideal and close to Disney spring and Vineland outlet mall after the Disney fun to have some some shopping and rest. I am so grateful to the Manager Mihaela who made out visit super special by upgrade our room and offered late check out as my daughter wanted to take rest. I would appreciate Precious who being very soft and gentle resolving all our concerns during our stay. We will definitely stay again and will avail the parking option.

The service is nice and the reception is always trying to provide us good service when we needed. The shuttle service is good. I worried a little before I checked in when reading the reviews about it, but it was better than expected. We took the shuttle everyday and we could always got it. Sometimes the buses came later, but only few minutes difference. The improvement could be made is the instruction for the shuttle service could be clearer. It is difficult to find the right pick-spot in Disney Spring. The room is old but other facilities are nice. The location is nice, very close to restaurants.

During our four-night stay at this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were exceptional, particularly the comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. While the location is somewhat distant from downtown Orlando, we did not find this inconvenience to be significant. We had breakfast daily for four consecutive days, and the menu remained consistent throughout our stay. While we would appreciate the opportunity for a slight variation, such as scrambled eggs prepared with a sunny-side-up option, we did not encounter any major issues with the breakfast service. Apart from these minor observations, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Orlando, Florida.

There are shopping plazas and shopping malls around, making life very convenient. Tableware and facilities are provided in the room to make staying here more fun. The breakfast is also very rich, and drinks are often provided in the lobby. You can drink them at any time when you return to the hotel, which is great.

I was staying with my boyfriend as we are visiting the Orlando Disney Resort. It is a great location as you can either take the public transport (bus) or an uber (approx $25 usd) to the Disney resort. The room is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is more than 20 minutes' drive from the airport and more than ten minutes' drive from several Disney parks. The location is good. The double bed in the hotel is big enough, the hygiene is very good, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory, which is the standard type in the chain hotel. The waiters are warm, thoughtful, patient and kind. There is a shuttle bus to provide pick-up and drop-off to Disneyland, but the time is fixed.

High cost performance! ¥ 379 / night + how much of the resort tax is forgotten, the room is very large, there is a small balcony, there are refrigerators and microwave ovens, stayed one night, went to Universal Studios the next morning
