The electronic door key was broken for 3 different rooms, so I could not and did not stay there , I demanded a full refund but was told I needed to contact the 3rd party vendor meaning you “ trip.com”. Very disappointed and I want my $40 refund from you now please.

Horrible hotel, there was no cleaning, I got sick from the dirty air conditioning, totally different from the photos, broken lampshade
