Booked this property from Saturday to Saturday, arrived at the property, the door code does NOT work. I was informed by the resort security that this happens ALL the time. After being up for over 12 hours, flying across the country, we were left to sit on the curb for hours. The code that was provided in email did not work. After 4 hours, a lady finally called and said the code one time. We had to keep the patio door open to get in our entire time there.
It took resort management threading to sell their homes for a call back. Why couldn’t the code be set to the one in our email? Why couldn’t you send the new code in email.
Don’t bother trying the emergency after hours number because no one calls or returns calls.
