Room Air Condition is leaking to floor, only coffee machine in the room and nothing else 

The location served our needs and the room appeared clean upon arrival. However, we have mixed emotions regarding this property. There was a very friendly young man at the front desk who was very caring and helpful. He was wonderful. On the other side, the fire alarm went off at 5AM and when we called the front desk, the first couple times there was no response, then someone hung up on us. In addition, we were told every other day the room would be cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned.

The room facilities are very good. The hotel location is also very suitable. The nearest place to eat is only a 5-minute walk away, and there is a community with a good environment 10 minutes drive away. The ice cream there is also very delicious (Salt & Straw), and Chipolte is also in the community. The only drawback is that the breakfast fee is really a bit expensive..

The facilities are old. Parking is charged. The rooms on the roadside are noisy.

The hotel has free shuttle service from Disney. There are many Korean food around
