Second time here. Everything still wonderful just except the onsen in our room became cold in the morning and it took so long to fix the temperature. Other than that still highly recommended

Have a good time here with my husband. Really relax and comfortable! We like the hotel’s natural view, services, food and onsen! Also there is shuttle service from hotel to bus station, convenient for visitors!

The service is very good, beyond expectations. The staff will explain patiently. The room is very large and very comfortable for two people. I booked a one-night stay and two meals. The taste is good.

The hotel environment is very beautiful. It is recommended to check in early so that you can slowly enjoy all the facilities and the tranquility of nature! Unfortunately, the outdoor hot spring was out of order on the day we checked in, but the hotel gave us 2,000 yen per person as compensation. Indoor hot springs and outdoor private baths are also available. I highly recommend you to experience the outdoor hot spring! Be one with nature! The hotel's dinner and breakfast are also famous and good. It is recommended to enjoy them early and extend the eating time because the dishes are really too filling haha~

The hotel staff is very polite and introduced the hotel facilities in detail. The dinner and breakfast are also very unique. It may be that the weather is too cold. The water temperature in the open air is better if it is higher.

We checked in late on the day of check-in. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff for waiting and explaining.
I'm glad I booked this hotel for this trip. Hot spring hotels are generally not close to the city center, so they are definitely not that convenient. It's about 30 minutes from here to Kagoshima Airport, which I think is acceptable. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to other attractions, such as Mythosato Park, Kirishima Jingu Shrine, etc.
I saw several room types online, including rooms with footbaths, private baths, and family rooms. Since I wanted to soak in the hot springs in the room, I booked a room with a private bath. The whole experience was great, being able to soak in the hot springs before waking up and before going to bed.
The room is very spacious and has a very traditional Japanese design. Personally, I think the only drawback is that there are no shower facilities in the room and you have to go to the bathhouse to take a shower.
There are two types of public private baths, one indoor and one outdoor. The water temperature is moderate and full of minerals (should it be sulfur?). These public private rooms need to be booked in advance with the staff, who will also recommend the usage time so that guests can see the most beautiful view. The use of these private rooms is limited, and two time periods can be reserved each day.
The food is also great, and each room has its own private room. Dinner is all Kaiseki cuisine. We added Wagyu beef when we made the reservation and it tasted very good. Breakfast will offer a fusion of Western and Japanese side dishes, and the dishes vary every day.
The hotel provides free parking, which is very friendly to self-driving tourists, and there are plenty of parking spaces.
However, there is a small problem with payment. The fee paid when booking on Trip.com is only used to reserve the room, not the actual payment. So I didn't pay attention to it before the trip, and there were some misunderstandings when checking out. The reservation fee will be refunded about two weeks after check-in.

A highly recommended hot spring hotel! Very comfortable and surrounded by nature!
The hot spring in the room is also great! The second meal is very exquisite ~ the service staff are very enthusiastic. There is also a pick-up to the bus station

It feels like a high-end hot spring hotel. The large open-air bath and Norikiri hot spring bath are both beautiful. The room is very comfortable. The scenery near the hotel is also beautiful. The staff is very friendly and allowed us to check in a few minutes in advance. We also returned the money when we left. He drove us to the bus station and it was a very satisfying trip to the hot spring hotel.
The only drawback is that there is a long downhill slope from the bus station to the hotel. It is difficult to walk down with luggage. If you drive by yourself, there will be no problem.
