Only toilet was down steep stairs. Other guests left very early and were noisy. Restaurant was excellent and stff were very helpful and friendly.

For $217 we got: - no WIFI (when contacted management we were told not all rooms have WIFI FALSE ADVERTISING) - no foxtel - very small rooms, definitely NOT DELUXE - acid in tv remote, not working - shower freezing or boiling, depending on what neighbours were doing - grim around bottom of the shower door - stale chips in mini bar - bar fridge stocked with so much alcohol there was not much room for guest use - bar fridge door broken so couldn’t stand 1 litre milk upright - management tried to charge us TWICE for one night’s stay because they didn’t record our first transaction in their system when they gave us the keys. We had to show proof of our payment using our bank before they believed us!! INSULTING!!! If I could give zero stars I would!

Awesome stay the only thing we found wrong was in room 24 the shower door opened into the shower and my husband being of a larger frame couldn’t shut the shower door and water went everywhere

Booked a Deluxe Queen Room for one night. It was tiny, not sure what made it Deluxe?Ordered breakfast, but the restaurant was not open due to too few bookings. Had to ask for a second chair for the room so we could both sit to eat, just very cramped. However, the breakfast was delicious and massive, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. The internet didn't work, whether it was raining or sunny. Convenient location close to restaurants and shops.

Only reason for an average rating was the only channel on the TV that worked was ABC News & the Wifi didn't work. Apart from that the room & service was fantastic.
