A rustic hotel with a unique ambience. It's conveniently located near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle within walking or short car or bus ride of many sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and the lounge sometimes has excellent live music.

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed. My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too. Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

The first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.

The chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.

The folks at the front desk, as well as the maid service, were very friendly, efficient, and professional. The room was well-appointed and comfy.

The hotel is relatively new and has complete facilities; it is very close to the airport, and there is a free shuttle bus; breakfast is expensive to buy separately; I initially booked a day, and then added another day, but when I went to the hotel front desk, I was told that I only had one day of reservations, and then Ctrip Get it done with intervention

The expectations before the stay were very low. After the stay, I decided to give 5 points of praise. Just stayed at the hotel for one night a few days ago. Call the hotel after arriving at the airport's connection point and wait for the shuttle bus to come. Since it was a big night, there was me and another Alaska Airlines flight attendant. The driver is very good and will help with the suitcase. The airport will arrive in a few minutes. The drop-off is every half an hour, such as 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, if there are passengers, you will leave on time. The driver will ask which airline is the passenger and send the passenger to the corresponding entrance. Second, the hotel is really clean and the settings are very well maintained. The room was very quiet and no sound of the plane was heard overnight. The room was very big. But the location of the hotel is for the transfer and crew to spend the night, do not match the hotel in the city or resort area, after all, the positioning is different. The needs of passengers staying are also different. Third, the front desk lady is very good. I saw a comment that no one helped with luggage. I think for this price and market positioning hotel, the requirement for employees to take luggage is really excessive. Fourth, we specially booked a room with breakfast, and when we went to breakfast, we found that the staff would not check the room card at all. Just walk in and eat. Breakfast is a very typical simple American breakfast. But they are very fresh. I like the taste of the scrambled eggs, very, very good. There is a small park and lake next to the hotel for a few minutes. If it is an afternoon flight, you can go shopping after breakfast, which is very different from the domestic park. Clean, well maintained and at the same time give people a feeling of original ecology. The only downside of the hotel is that there is no restaurant, but there is a small snack area on the first floor. We bought popcorn, potato chips and beer. The hotel room has a microwave to heat popcorn. It is also a very interesting experience. In short, if you are transiting for an overnight stay at Seattle Tacoma Airport, this hotel is highly recommended.

Breakfast is OK, the location is opposite the number 66 head, there is a large cruise ship docking every day, I am disembarked from the number 69, so book here. It is a short walk from the Pike market for ten minutes, but after a highway bridge, the area under the bridge is occupied by the tramp, and dare not go to night. The hotel has a swimming pool, too small, foreigners do not have a lot of hair in the swimming cap, do not change swimming trunks, disgusting death, just got off the water and went back to the house to take a shower. A very good hotel, close to the airport. There is a free 24/7 shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel room is also spacious. Although it is next to the airport, you can hardly hear the noise of airplanes taking off and landing. I am very satisfied. There is also a 711 across the street from the hotel. It is awesome.
