Outstanding
GGuest UserOne of the biggest room I have ever stay as a solo traveller! The room is quite spacious with a couch and desk in addition to the basics. The bathroom was really big too! The Gym was well equipped with different machines. Would recommend.

Excellent
Mmiumiu65556The room is very clean and the breakfast is good. There are quite a lot of varieties of breakfast. There are also a lot of fruits and yogurt. The environment is very good. There is a parking space and it is safe. The navigation is also easy to find. I recommend everyone to experience the stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious.
Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight.
Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives.
The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked.
The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout.
Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review.
I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.
JJesse MunkThis was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met.
He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel.
He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees.
After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner.
As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years.
My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately.
After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found.
Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity.
AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services.
I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!
GGuest UserHotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed.
My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too.
Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

Very Good
PPatricia WurtsThe hotel is clean. The service was so so. They only clean (housekeeping) once a week and I had to beg them to clean my room (I was there for 4 days). Definitely a no frills hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
HHappybirdCan’t sleep well for our 4 nights stay because the ambulance was so noisy every night and the car nose too! If you walk from the train station to hotel, you have to walk at least three blocks on every sharp uphills which I don’t like! The washroom was so small special in the toilet and shower tubs! The beds was too soft too! Just like the ever old hotels. Totally not refer to this hotel when its price is almost $300/night!!😜😜

GGuest UserThe wifi wasn’t working so we went to the reception to check. Lady gave us the technical service telephone number and told us to call and to ask them to fix it..
The trash bin was full in the room with the trash of previous guests..
