My family had a great stay. The Rooms are very clean and the staff are very sweet. Very helpful as well. Lots of stores near by and shopping centers. We will definitely be back to stay with them again.

I had the pleasure of talking with Jenny! My friends and I (who are from out of state) were having car trouble and needed a quick fix. Jenny was kind enough to help us and direct us to help. Without her we wouldve been stranded on the road!! She was a blessing!

This hotel is clean and in a great location near a mall, restaurants and Fort Cavazos. Erica at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant. I appreciated that she took an interest in my work and made me feel valued. It was overall a very positive experience. I will return!

The room I was initially given smelled wet. The next room had a leak n the AC & the drip was constant which was annoying & left the carpet wet when entering the bathroom. I placed a towel on the floor 2 soften the noise of the drip but carpet was wet. I didn’t want to go back downstairs & complain & thought I would deal with it since it was only one night. Shared my experience with the young lady at the front desk upon departing but nothing was done. Received the usual “I’m sorry” and nothing further.

"The staff was outstanding! The front desk great hospitality also fixed our problem with reservation quickly and with a smile, especially Nicole. The cleaning team was outstanding as well. The young ladies that serve breakfast were great as well."

Amazing staff! The Venue was beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything for our Military Ball was executed to perfection! The food tasted delicious and the presentation was beautiful. We will definitely be back for another event. Thank you Shayna and staff.

A group of 21 of us came to view the eclipse. Shayna, the events coordinator, took AMAZING care of us. We had interacted a few times before our visit and on arrival instantly felt like family. The visit was extremely smooth but any time we needed anything she and her team delivered and delivered incredibly quickly. Shayna and her team pulled out the stops for the eclipse. On eclipse day our box lunches and snacks included SUNchips, MOONpies, and LUNA bars among other cleverly themed items. She arranged special events for the adults and kids too. In short, she is a huge asset to that organization and we would come to this hotel again simply to work with her and her team. Thank you so much Shayna and team!

Understaffed. Needs renovation. Unfortunately this hotel does not have an incentive for customer service. There is enough automatic volume from Fort Cavazos that they does not force them to improve. If you have a choice, stay in Georgetown or elsewhere that focuses on customer service.
