We booked our holiday with tui our original hotel was not available we were offered this alternative .The rooms are tired ,dark and the power cuts out all the time . The food is nice but with limited choice and never enough per sitting and getting a drink from the bar staff is a long process with a drink not always coming 4 times on new year eve we asked for a drink twice going to the bar before getting a drink.There are some good staff but most are lazy and spend time stood around chatting rather than serving the guests ,the entertainment is non existant with no activities taking place although scheduled. Its a real shame that it's so poorly managed as it's in a great setting and looks beautiful from the outside but just not good enough for a 4 star hotel.My advice would be don't book here there are better hotels

Nieduży hotel z 50kilkoma pokojami usadowionymi w bungalowach. Obiekt z pięknym ogrodem i 2 basenami. Jest tu ultraczysto. Nie ma praktycznie owadów, ale mugga obowiązkowa. Obsługa miła, usmiechnięta i bardzo pomocna. Nie ma też nastawienia na napiwki. Pomiędzy posiłkami wlatuje codziennie pizza i co jakiś czas kokos dla gości. Co warto podkreslić, kokosy są z palm występujących na ogrodzie😍 Jedzenia jest bardzo dużo i jest smacznie. Najczęściej podane w formie bufetowej. Wiaterek który jest tu codziennie to przyjemna morska bryza. Plaża jest bardzo czysta, a ludzie nie natarczywi. Wielu zagaduje po polsku. Ocean nadaje się do kąpieli. Przy wyjściu na plaże znajdują się prysznice. W razie potrzeby panowie z ochrony pomogą mniej asertywnym turystom z miejscowymi😉 Jeśli myślisz o wypoczynku to hotel jest dla Ciebie, co 3 dni wieczorem organizują pokazy dla gości. Okolica przyjazna, po Kilifi można bezpiecznie spacerować bez przewodnika. minusy: słabe ciśnienie wody nie wszystkie kontakty wydają się bezpieczne

Dickens the chef really took care of me and sorted out halal food whenever I needed. Honestly he made things very easy for me. Overall, hotel has a good location and really great staff. I would say there’s not much activities which is a surprise as you can walk onto the beach from the hotel

What's not to like about this place? Serene environment, great staff, amazing food, comfortable rooms, fun beach front. The staff and the food were the highlights. The staff are real OGs! They deserve accolades all day everyday. I will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is our fourth stay and we would never go anywhere else . The bungalow rooms are stunning, overlooking a white sand, deserted beach . Sheets and towels are of a high standard. Room service is excellent . The pool staff are extremely attentive . Sun beds are plentiful . A special mention must go to the chef , Otieno , who has gone over and above to create vegan and vegetarian dishes for the buffet each night. Truly talented and some of the best food we’ve had around the world .We can’t wait to come back .

Our visit was on a very hot season! We enjoyed the cool environment around the hotel and beach area. The Accommodation rooms were clean, with king size beds. Rooms closer to the beach are more expensive but worthwhile. Kilifi Bay Beach Resort is located on the Kenyan coast along the Indian Ocean.
