宿は大きい道路から中に入ったところにあるため、道が少し狭く大きな車は慎重に行く必要がありますが、慣れれば問題なくスムーズに行くことができました。
まだ新しいこともあり、部屋も設備もとても綺麗で吹き抜けが開放感があり、入った瞬間みんな歓声をあげていました⭐︎
アメニティや食器類も一通り揃っており、中でもウォーターサーバーはとても有り難かったです。今回二家族で宿泊しましたが、みんなとても満足していました。また機会があればぜひ宿泊したいお宿です。ありがとうございました！

エコパアリーナで大会があり3泊4日。7人で利用させて頂きました。
民泊初体験でしたが大満足でした。
良かった点
・エコパアリーナまで下道、車で30分弱。
・セブンイレブン、ウェルシアが車で5分程度で突然の買い出しも困らない。
・ドラム式洗濯乾燥機がうれしい。
・調理器具、食器数、種類が豊富で不自由なし。
・メールで質問してもすぐに返信してくれました。

気になった点
・大きい車だと入りづらい立地でした。(10人乗りのハイエース等は入れないかも)
・タバコの吸い殻が灰皿にある状態でした。(吸わない人は気になるかも。私は吸うので場所が分かりやすくて逆に良かったです。)
・普通のテレビchが見れませんでした。(Netflix、Amazon、YouTubeは見れました。)
・ゴミの分別ルールが分かりづらい。(燃えるゴミがどの程度ハイプラが混ざって良いか分からないので燃えるゴミは持って帰りました。)
気になった点を書きましたが、基本的に感動⭐︎大満足⭐︎でしたので参考までにと言ったレベルです。
普段レビューは書かない私ですが、書きたくなる様な素晴らしい宿でした。

お部屋や庭は丁寧に管理され、アメニティや調理設備も充実しておりました。
小さい子供がいるので騒音など気にする事なくストレスフリーでした！
車で5〜6分程度のところには遠鉄ストアなるスーパーも21時くらいまで空いているので、買い忘れがあっても問題ありませんでした。
すぐ近くには新幹線が走るので、神経質な方はもしかしたら気になるかもしれませんが、うちは逆に子供達が新幹線を見れてとても喜んでおり、好立地でした。
今回は、機関車トーマスフェアのために宿泊しましたが、また何かの際に利用できたらと思います。
