I had stay at this hotel for few day, the hotel is great, city is wonderful, people are amazing, helpful, and so friendly, I loved the food there, room is very nice and clean, staff are so professional, everyone is smiling and hurry to help you all the time. I do recommend this hotel for all travellers. And I do advise that you should visit Rwanda.

I stayed at the Hotel Villa Portofino for one evening while traveling for work. After a very long trip and arriving in Kigali extremely jet-lagged, a hot shower and dinner delivered by room service was just what I needed. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and included an omelet bar, fresh fruits, and fresh fruit juices. Though I had to check out and was not coming back for a second night's stay, I was able to keep my bags in storage until I was able to come back for them. Overall, a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing coming back to the same hotel after a while and I'm happy to say that the service is still amazing. The rooms are better and more comfortable. The rooftop gym is a beautiful addition especially for the fitness lovers. Definitely the views are much better. Grateful to Dezire the marketing gentle man.
