The room is clean and tidy and noise-free. According to the hotel management, the service staff is friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. The security check at the door ensures the safety of the guests. The restaurant is spacious and bright, open all day, the breakfast is especially rich, and there is free parking in the hospital.

A good breakfast, delicious breakfast, suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a parking lot. Anyway, it is suitable for the whole family to stay together, it will make you linger.

The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

I had stay at this hotel for few day, the hotel is great, city is wonderful, people are amazing, helpful, and so friendly, I loved the food there, room is very nice and clean, staff are so professional, everyone is smiling and hurry to help you all the time. I do recommend this hotel for all travellers. And I do advise that you should visit Rwanda.

I stayed at the Hotel Villa Portofino for one evening while traveling for work. After a very long trip and arriving in Kigali extremely jet-lagged, a hot shower and dinner delivered by room service was just what I needed. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and included an omelet bar, fresh fruits, and fresh fruit juices. Though I had to check out and was not coming back for a second night's stay, I was able to keep my bags in storage until I was able to come back for them. Overall, a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

The services were slow at the start great thanks to desire. He did did smoothen most of the stays while at the hotel. The recommendations to David and Simon was superb. Great chefs and very recomendable. The food and service were okay though more communication when it comes to certain maintenance that might delay would be better. I will definitely be back some day.
