Nous avons toujours reçu la meilleure de l’hospitalité dans cette établissement simple et reculé dans une des quartiers les plus sécuritaire de Kigali. Le motel de style ‘boutique’ est près de l’ambassade canadienne et le centre de commerce où le quartier Kiyuvu est accessibles à pied. Si vous arrivez en avion, le transport est gratuit aller et retour. Un voyage de 25 minutes). Avant de quiet l’aéroport achetez vos SIM pour le telephone et il y une ATM qui donne jusqu’à 200,000 en franc rwandaise. Le conducteur de la navette fait 10 voyages par jour ! Ayez 2 billets US comme pourboire par trajet. On nous a servi du jus de mango à la réception avec les serviettes chaudes pour laver nos mains. La communication se fait facilement en anglais et français. La Kinyarwanda est aussi appréciéé. Du lundi au vendredi un buffet est servi de midi à 14h00 pour 10,000 francs Rwandais et le déjeuner est inclus avec votre réservation pour la nuit.

Located in a calm and serene area, this hotel is a hidden gem, offering excellent services, 24/7 restaurant, friendly staff, wonderful ambience, we stayed there for four nights and could explore the all the important places and also in the country. There is enough parking available, WiFi is fast and functioning. Though the hotel is a bit away from the city centre, this is the best place to relax and enjoy leisurely free from crowds.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel. I must say the staff are very nice especially Diane and Alian. The rooms are very clean. I got more than what I expected. The internet is really fast. Great value for money. I would come back again whenever I am in Kigali.

The hotel was very nice, the staff very welcoming and friendly, always trying thier very best to meet your very need.Breakfast was also a pleasure, the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here on my next trip which I hope would be longer.

Nice cozy place and homely. I was warmly received at the reception, the rooms are clean and well kept. The food is good, however I would have loved to enjoy food we call 'swallow ' where I come from. The outdoor garden experience is wonderful and light music to go with.

Located in the nice and quiet neighbourhood of Kiyovu, not far from the city centre, the grounds and rooms of One Click Hotel are clean and everything works perfectly the way things should in hotels. The garden is nice to eat in or just relax. Staff are courteous, efficient and always ready to help. Look out for the very resourceful Alice, Diana and Germaine at the front desk. Highly recommended.
