The room is larger and cleaner! The restaurant upstairs is also good! But the hotel room does not have a shower, only a bathtub, which is not particularly good! Be careful when bathing. In addition, the rooms are all double rooms, there are no twin rooms, so we added an extra bed later.

The hotel location ideal ..not in city but easy access to many places to visit.The reception can arrange anything needed to do in Rwanda. The room was large and adequate. Food reasonable and price OK. Overall excellent value for money most welcoming Nation on earth in my view..visited over 100 countries Well done Keep it up

The rooms are excellent, own patio area with table and chairs perfect for early morning coffee, lounge and kitchen area with separate bedroom and bathroom. Well equipped and well presented. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this hotel as my choice of accommodation whenever I am in Kigali.

Madras is an excellent 4-story apartment hotel located in a good neighborhood and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 days. The rooms are spacious and clean. Each room has an insuite bathroom. The living room is a good size and well appointed. The kitchen is reasonably equipped for those who like to cook. An excellent complimentary breakfast is provided at the hotel restaurant or can be delivered to the room. The restaurant is open all day and serves lunch and dinner. The food is very good in quality and variety, but room service orders take a long time to be delivered. The hotel personnel are extremely nice and responsive to guests' needs.

we went there with my wife .and we found very nice Room and good breakfast . the restaurant have time management you can't wait to long .we enjoyed whole fish . for sure we will recommend . amazing service there
