A very pleasant budget hotel with lovely Mountain views. We had a short stay here as due to a family situation we had to check out early. The management team -Gaspard and Yvonne-were incredibly helpful in facilitating this and I want to thank them both for their kindness, efficiency and professionalism.

I booked one of their 2 bedroom apartments for just under a week and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were attentive and very professional. The beds were comfortable and the living area had everything we needed. The kitchenette had all the things you would expect to enable you to self cater should you choose to. The hotel is well located for getting to local places of interest and the hotel minibus was always available to take you where you needed to go for a reasonable fee. My arrival was very early and departure was very late but I was allowed to check in and check out according to my flight times unlike most hotels that have rigid check in and check out times. The shower did run hot and cold at times due to other people using water but this was a minor irritation. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. This is not the Sheraton, it is a budget hotel, but for the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised at the overall standard of this hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable Hotel I had a great stay at Mountain View Hotel & Apartment Great services and helpfully staff which are professional, we really appreciate how we are treated. The place is very nice, the breakfast is amazing, the food is very nice, the room is very comfortable with a great shower. I hope to come back and spend more time in this beautiful country. We thank you!

Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated.
