位置偏僻，雖有免費接駁車，但還是打車省時省力。24年年底前入住會送「kiss of the sea」門票，門票是Face ID，要先來建檔。可一早先來辦入住、寄放行李後再去其他地方。泳池和滑水道，在去過水樂園再回來玩這裡時，已經不香了(哈)。

She just refused my idea, & and told us that the hotel has no responsibility to provide it. she worries the insurance agent to pursue the responsibility to the hotel. & suppose we ask online travel agents to write that letter to us.
We book a hotel online, but only the hotel can prove whether we checked in or not.
I know, It not must help us, but for sure I want to tell, your stuff are so impolite & not so helpful.
the girl is very rude to stop our conversation & ask me to provide the booking number loudly.
Your stuff need to improve their bad attitude. It's not an excuse. Even too many customers

Booked a 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor. Extremely disappointed when checking in!
It is completely inconsistent with the photo. The photo shows a very large living room with two rooms of the same size, both with attached balconies.
In reality, only the living room and one of the rooms have a terrace. In addition to having no terrace, the second room also has very few rooms.
Since there are 6 of us staying, we have 2 extra beds. The second room can't accommodate more people than an extra bed.
After several complaints, the hotel responded that the photo only shows one room in Tower A. In fact, the rooms on the top floor don’t even look like in the photos! This point is due to non-compliance with the product description regulations, and the customer is greatly disappointed. If there is only one room, you should put a larger proportion of rooms online. You should not put only the most gorgeous and only one thousand and one room types online to deceive customers into making purchases!
