Very helpful staff, I needed a phone adapter, just asked the staff and they provided one within a few minutes, great and smooth airport pick up service provided, our room was exceptionally clean and I would definitely stay again 👍😊

Baku for business
Convienient for the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food at dinner was very good. Bed was large and very comfortable (even the pillows), shower was the best i have ever had whilst travelling. Worth the extra 20 minute drive from the airport. Transfer shuttle was faultless. A great stay!

The front desk was rude and unprofessional. Tried to charge me twice (I paid on *******) and he didn't believe me. It's a post soviet country and we approached the desk in Russian, they told us that they don't speak Russian which is fine. When I started speaking English they told us they don't speak English and switched to Russian. Crazy bad service for a nice hotel.

Hotel’e ilk girişimizde check in yapmak için resepsiyon ile görüştüğümüzde erken saatte bizleri alamayacaklarını söylediler bunun üzerine ne zaman alabileceklerini sorduk ve ikiden önce olmayacağını söylediler ve hiç yardımcı olmadılar agresif tavırlar gösterdiler özellikle otel müdürü bir kadın müşteriyle asla konuşumayacak bir üslupta bizlerle konuştu terbiyesiz bir kadın kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum otelin restoran müdürü bizimle kesinlikle çok ilgilendi müdürün yaptığı terbiyesizligi kendisi bizlere ikramlarda bu*****ak çok misafirperver davrandı Ghazaleh Sirous hanımefendiye kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz onun dışındaki her şeyi berbat.Bence genel müdür o olmalıdır otel sahiplerinin bilgisine müşteri kaçıran birisi değil çeken birilerine muhtaç bırakmışlar hoteli.
