The quality of this place in zero. No clean and they charge to park even if you paid full price. Stay away. Be prepared to pay additional fee when checking in. Lacking integrity. No accountability. Do not trust them. This place is not well kept. No veteran friendly.

This resort is amzing,,,,you feel welcome and appreceated the moment you get arrive very clean conveniant ....can't say enough....we have been to Key West many times...this may be the best,,, Wendy....is fantastic...really the entire propery is. Thanks for really nice visit.. Jim

Jenny the manager was very responsive when we had questions. Resort was nice with comfortable beds; we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen. Kitchen had everything! Definitely would stay again.

Great Coconuts
Very comfortable,clean and secure. Perfect location for all your needs. Unique in amenities. Nice swimming pool with spa. Marina was a pleasant surprise. Fishing is allowed.
Our only disappointment was the toiletries. Very watered down and of poor quality. Next time we bring our own. We will be back each time we visit Key West.

Great property for families. Only downside - if you have a room about be, you can hear everything. So ask for higher rent rates m.

Great place overall and would definitely come back. Only major complaint is they don’t exchange towels. Apparently and old Covid policy that has never been reversed. Kind of annoying when you are staying for a full week and have to go to the laundromat to wash your own towels. But they did offer us late checkout at 11am vs 10am, so that was nice.
