This place is wonderful! Peaceful and right down the street from Duval!! The personal attention is a pleasant offering in this crazy world!! Breakfast in the Garden each morning was my favorite part! Rooms are spectacular as well as the entire property ! The gals who run this house 10/10.

Excellent accommodations and service! A delightful bed and breakfast. Homemade breakfast each morning with delicious Brazilian coffee. In addition to the homemade breakfast, yogurt, fresh fruits, hard boiled eggs and cereals are also available. A refrigerator with refreshing sodas, water and other nonalcoholic beverages is available all day. Happy Hour with wines is also available daily and included. The setting is calm and peaceful. The service is top notch including freshening of the room daily. You can find yourself blending into the lush greenery surrounding the property. You’re able to walk easily where you need to go or hop on the bus service which takes you almost anywhere for a nominal fee. (Bus service is different from the Trolley and Train tours, which are much pricier.) Definitely would return and highly recommend.

Charming bed and breakfast walking distance to most attractions. A hospitable, cocooning tropical paradise. We will stay here again for sure.

We stayed here during the first week of June for 5 days. The staff were so kind and attentive. The breakfast was small but delicious. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The cocktail pool was perfect. Lovely afternoon happy hour snakes. Location was great by being only a couple of blocks from Duval Street so there is not much noise but convenient to the action. Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

This place is not luxury. Good location but the bed and breakfast itself is not nice. The Sun Room is disgusting. One of the nastiest rooms i have ever stayed in. The bathroom is so gross and smells horribly. I attached a photo of all the dead bugs under sink floating in WATER! So nasty!!!The only reason we didnt complain right then and there is because we were on a vacation with family and did not need the added stress. The breakfast is basic, not filling and subpar par. Housekeeping doesnt even vacuum your room. Dont be fooled by this place.

This is a Select Registry property, but owned by a cooperation and it shows. The rooms are nice, but one couple in our group found themselves sharing their bed with a Florida cockroach. Breakfast was fair at best. Service is from 8:30 to 10:00AM, meaning if you are seated by 8:30, you will be served by 10:00. Even simple special requests are not honored. I requested fat free mild for breakfast and was directed to a local grocery store. This is the only time I have been disappointed at a Select Registry bed and breakfast.

Amazing hotel, amazing breakfast. Only issue, which is not a hotel problem is the street noise, you hear the traffic and people walking past the hotel at all time during day and night.
