Beautiful setting, you can't tell from the street. We have king suites. Good bed. Nice bathroom. Beautiful decoration. On Duuval, easy walking to shops and restaurants.

**A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Old Town** I had my doubts when I walked in, but from the moment we arrived, the staff put us at ease with their warmth and professionalism. The service was outstanding—gracious, attentive, and truly reflective of their reputation for excellence. Our room was squeaky clean and beautifully appointed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that made us feel worlds away from the bustle of Duval Street, despite being just steps from the action. It was the perfect balance of serenity and access. Whether lounging by the tranquil waterfalls, soaking in the heated pool and spa, or wandering out to sample some of Key West’s finest dining mere moments from our door, every aspect of our stay felt elevated. The attention to detail and the relaxed luxury of Orchid Key Inn absolutely lived up to its accolades. It was worth every moment—and we’ll definitely be seeking it out again the next time we head down to the Keys.

Best stay ever! My husband and I stayed at The Orchid Key Inn for 10 magical nights! The whole staff from the front desk, housekeeping, groundskeepers, bartenders and the breakfast staff were exceptional in everything they do. The BEST! Our daily interactions with the GM, Trudy Bowden was truly joyful. You could tell she was excited about the property and what it has to offer. She was very proud of her staff and thoughtful. Cindy hooked us up on a sunset fireworks cruise which was phenomenal! Key West put on a wonderful fireworks display! We found Janea, the morning breakfast host, to be a breath of fresh air! I’ve never seen someone work as hard as she did and with a smile on her face, and the most sincere person. She took great pride in her job and everything was ship shape; clean and sanitary. Also, all of the bartenders made the most delicious drinks! REALLY! There was no skimping on the alcohol either. After meeting Niles (I believe is the gentleman’s name) we both were hooked. His service and the vibe were enough to make you stay off of Duval, for a bit…It made the early evenings in the pool our favorite time of day. Everyone there truly tried to make your stay memorable and special. Throughout the years each visit to Key West we have stayed somewhere different not because there was anything wrong with any of the places but to try something different. Well, we both agree that this is the place we wish to stay at again. We also met some of the nicest people and became quick friends. It was a great experience and would love to do it again! Btw… the kitty, Mr. “P” reminded me of my fur babies I left behind. I love that little guy!

This place is super cute and the staff is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I did a little anniversary trip we got there no problem checking in friendly front desk staff. We walked into our room which was not huge but really clean and cute. It was enough room for us. The bed was really comfortable. I usually miss my pillows at home but these were surprisingly perfect. They had a coffee maker which we really didn’t use much since we could walk right out the door to the pool patio area where there was coffee and water every morning. They also provided 2 bottled waters and left Oreo snacks each day when they cleaned the room. The pool area was not crowded and chairs with pool towels available everyday. They even provide sunscreen and after sun lotion in the pool area. In the pool courtyard area was a small bar where we could use our complimentary drink we received at check in. They had a happy hour each day with some light snacks. The bar also served as the location for the breakfast that was included. Food was good , good variety and the staff was amazing! Overall good pick and we would definitely stay again!

We just returned from our stay at the Orchid Key Inn. What’s not to love! This place is perfect! Right on Duval, close to shops and restaurants! We rented a golf cart to tour around one day and the front desk arranged for the golf cart to be delivered, which was great! We loved the pool and the pool bar. The bartenders were great and drinks were delicious. We had a room poolside, which was nice. Fridge in room with keurig coffee maker. Breakfast was good too, with amazing fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, English muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs. Perfect to start your day. The staff was incredible as well. Customer service was top notch. We will definitely be back!
