Please stay away. This property is old and worn. It has recently flipped from a B&B and claims to have gone through a refresh. Two guest stayed on the second floor and ended up with luggage and clothing that left the property with a musty odor. After multiple washing the odor remains. It’s pretty clear the property is embedded with mold, mildew and musty odors. Might be in the ac system vents, walls and all other…stay away and save yourself a lot of aggravation and regret !!!!

This B&B is a unique treasure and a lovely place to stay in Key West. Christina and Pam are amazing hosts who go out-of their way to accommodate in every detail. Delicious hot breakfasts, afternoon drinks by the pool, any question answered and they even found us a dinner reservation at a top restaurant at short notice. All with warmth and cheerfulness. We stayed in the Italian room and it was comfortable and had a spacious bathroom. It is a very old house so the expectations need to align with that fact. It is air-conditioned. It is on a busy street but while in the backyard you don't hear the traffic. The location is perfect! We walked everywhere.

The house is 167 yes old so musty smelling. Mattress on bed very saggy. Room 4. Happy hour, breakfast in am, courtyard , and staff very nice. Needs a deep cleaning. Location great!! Parking was a little hard to find but expected.

Quaint little B&B that is 165 years old. Not the upscale type of accommodations that you would expect in any major city but you have to remember you are in Key West. Our hostess, Pam, was there helping with anything we needed. You are 5 blocks from Duval St. and 2 blocks from the Jet Express dock which was very convenient. Would recommend this B&B to anyone who is traveling to Key West for an overnight trip!

Wir haben im Dezember zwei Nächte im Knowles House B&B in Key West verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Alle wichtigen Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Haltestelle des Flixbus und zum Fährhafen mit der Fähre zu den Dry Tortugas sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten. Auch die Fahrzeit zum Flughafen ist sehr kurz. Das Hotel wird von zwei super freundlichen Damen geführt und es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Haus mit einem ganz eigenen Charme. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Innenhof, welcher über einen Pool verfügt. Das inbegriffene Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

This property was perfect for our first key west visit. Christine and Pam (inn keepers) were the sweetest hosts. Breakfast was delish and the coffee strong! Location is prime- easy walking to everything. Staying at the Knowles house was like staying at our favorites Aunt house- comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. Thank you for helping make our first, but not last visit to the keys great!

Brava! The Knowles House B&B is fantastic. Everything a visitor to Key West should want if looking for an authentic stay. It is inviting, well-equipped, clean & fresh, and charmingly decorated. The intimate charm of a B&B combined w/ a private bathroom makes it more than comfortable. As for the staff, everyone was just lovely; heck, the service was impeccable. From the pool and patio, sundeck and lovely rooms to the yummy breakfast and happy hour, only steps away from all to-dos, it is a win! Thank you, ladies! We can't wait to come back. D&W

Warm and quaint! Sun deck, mini-pool, cute rooms, free happy hour from 3PM - 5PM, knowledgeable staff and extremely friendly! Short walking distance to all the action. Lots of outdoor seating and space to enjoy the grounds. Free street parking near property too (parking fees can eat you alive in Miami and the Keys).

Dieser Ort ist magisch. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich durch den Host Christina willkommen. Der kleine aber wundervolle Innenhof ist bezaubernd und der Pool ist super für eine Abkühlung. Auch die Zimmer sind sauber und mit liebe eingerichtet. Gäbe es mehr Sterne um zu Bewerten, ich würde sie alle wählen!
