The hotel is charming in a very pretty and quiet bay. Not many boats and especially no jet skis, so you can swim there in complete safety. I don't quite understand, the beach seems to be at the beach bar but all the hotel guests took deckchairs there (an arrangement with the hotel or maybe it's enough to have a drink there ). But for those sensitive to pebbles, there is also a pontoon with 8 deckchairs and 3 parasols. The rooms are large and very impeccably kept. The bedding is very correct. The hotel operates half board. The best thing about this hotel is that the cuisine is Greek or Mediterranean. The cuisine is good and relatively varied. A very good seafood risotto, a very good eggplant caviar and the chef makes very good baklavas. At lunchtime, there is a snack bar near the swimming pool. They serve very good salads, especially the octopus one. It is also possible to eat at the beach bar (very good hummus) or by going a little further to the Kerveli taverna and there is yet another restaurant that I have not tried. In Kerveli there is also a small café which serves as a mini market. Another thing, the hotel has a shuttle running several times a day to go to Samos either to visit or to a restaurant for lunch. On the other hand, when we talk about serenity, it comes at a cost, you will necessarily have to rent a car (which the hotel offers) to visit the rest of the island. They have small city cars (very practical in certain narrow streets of the villages of the island) and a Suzuki essential for going on the mountain trails of the island (which I should have rented). So I repeat, the hotel is isolated but in a very beautiful and authentic area, far from the hotel complexes that can be found on other parts of the island. Just 2 little tips: 1- Take mosquito repellent because they can spoil your stay. 2- Also take a power strip, we only had 2 sockets available in the room and between cell phones, cameras, computers or others, that was a little tight. Last but not least, the staff, like the Greeks, are welcoming and friendly. I would end with a small downside, the hotel is praised for snorkeling. As I said you can swim in the bay safely but no big fish. You have to follow the coast on the left of the bay and go to the small island located in the next bay to see some beautiful rocks cut out by the sea and have a little fun.
