The hotel does not correspond to the 5* category. Unclean, dirt in the bathroom, mess in the restaurant. Nice beach, okay food. The hotel has few staff. The first cleaning of our room was done after three days of notification. Overall dissatisfaction.

Not a 5* Hotel for sure, from very 80s style dated room, with very basic old furniture to lack of other facilities to a rude reception staff ! Not the best you can get on Greek islands. Also hotel each time you go to buy something charges you whatever staff pleases. If you tip them, they charge you next time less - if you don’t - you pay full!

Das Hotel selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber das Drumherum ist immer noch unschlagbar. Der Meeresblick und der Strand selbst sind alleine schon einen Aufenthalt wert. Aktuell keine 5 Sterne. Eine Generalüberholung ist für 2025 vorgesehen.

Set in a peaceful location with easy access to the beach, the location is perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were attentive and friendly and made you feel that you were a special guest. The rooms were well maintained and housekeeping staff made sure that each day's clear up was to the same high standards.

The hotel is located directly above the beach. The sandy beach is a dream. In the Spa Lia and Romina are doing a great job. The massage is wonderful. The rooms and the hotel in general need a complete renovation. It is good that the hotel will close soon for rebuilding. The service in the restaurant Petra is great. Thanks a lot to the entire team. Breakfeast is good but dinner is not good at all. The dinner and the athmosphere in the restaurant Tortuga is amazing. The team at the reception is very helpful. They fulfill every wish imidiately. Thanks also to the housekeeping. The pool area is very nice. The programme at the pool bar in the evening is entertaining. We hope to come back after renovation to enjoy this nice place than hopefully in an even better shape.

Awesome spa massage. Just what I needed to be as relaxed as possible. Got the 20 minute tailored massage with Mar. Excellent. Would go again. That and swimming in the sea just makes it all awesome. Easy to book online and right on time and on site as well.

We just came back from our vacation in Corfu. First of all, like all other reviews, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was 40 years ago when it was opened, but for sure not now. I would say this is 3 star hotel. Once you have that in mind you know what to expect. The rooms are old, nothing is updated, bathrooms with squeaky pipes and water changing temperature as it flows. The bed sheets were clean, but curtains were ripped and we would all agree that that can not be 5 star hotel. The restaurant food was ok, but some of the staff were very unpleasant to the guests. We have been spending vacations on Greek Islands, but this was by far the most unpleasant island due to the hired staff from Albania, extremely unmannered and wild people. The beach was beautiful, but this hotel had the worst sunbeds out of all other private small hotels on the same beach. Such a shame, as such a small investment would change the experience of it's guests. We heard that this hotel will be torn down and new luxurious hotel will be erected on the same spot. Hotel is very secluded, so do not expect to walk anywhere as the terrain is steep heely and not friendly for walk. If they were smart they would organize free shuttle bus to the Corfu town, so you can enjoy both worlds. We were not impressed with staff at all, the morning we were leaving to the airport no one informed us that the shuttle bus taking you to the top of the hill left early due to the rain from previous night (the water blocked the roads ) and had to take different route. We almost did not make it to our flight, as no taxi would drive down to the hotel, you have to call them and ask them to wait for you at the top of the hill at Macha station. Staff did not give a damn about it , they did not even apologize. So overall, not the vacation we were expected for the money we paid. False advertising, all inclusive plan is really not all inclusive like in the other hotels. I could go on and on, but it's waiting of time. To bad, as Corfu as an Island is beautiful, it's just not developed enough.

First the positives. Stunning location with amazing beach front views, sunset and sun rise. Tranquil ambience about the hotel resort with mostly very friendly and pleasant staff. Sadly it’s not a 5 star hotel by any standards. I wouldn’t even rate it a 3 star. It is dated and needs a complete renovation to match the beautiful location. Rooms look tired and dated with dirty curtains, ugly and broken tiling on the floors and bathrooms. Bathroom basin and bath had rusty old taps, dirty chipped old basin and bath. The toilet had a cheap flimsy toilet seat that was smaller than the pan. The bidet tap did not work at all. Bath had a shower head fixed to the tap and a dirty old shower curtain. Everything including wall paint, tiles, fittings and fixtures looked aging and old. Reception staff on arrival were rude and kept us waiting for almost 30 mins while other new guests were sent straight to their rooms on arrival. When asked why guests checking in after us went straight to rooms, we were told our room was not ready whilst theirs were and this was down to housekeeping. It felt obvious we were 3 coloured people while the other guests were all white who were provided rooms instantly on arrival. So I made a point of how it made us feel. Within 2 mins of this comment our room was ready and I was told it was one of the best rooms they had. Not true!! On arrival to the room it smelt of sewage in the bathroom. As did many parts of the resort as we walked through. The bathroom was dirty and unclean. We asked for 3 single beds two weeks in advance and there were two singles joined together and a sofa bed in the room. We were told housekeeping would split the beds but could not swap the sofa bed for a 3rd single bed. We waited 5 hours and made 3 requests for the two singles to be split and bedding to resolve the issue. Each time being told they were on the way. The room was set up for two despite booking for 3 adults. 1 extra cup, glass, robe, slippers, tea/ coffee milk and toiletries were not provided until late in the evening several hours later despite 3 requests. Tea/coffee/ Milk was never replenished for 3 people the remaining days, only enough for two. Only 1 bottle of water provide for three people per night. The mattress on the beds were worn and very uncomfortable. But the Pillows were good. We booked half board, But No drinks included for dinner in half board booking. Most guests staying all inclusive said drinks were awful and we noticed the same when we had them for breakfast. Food was okay for breakfast and dinner but nothing outstanding. There was little or no animation or entertainment.
