Stayed here after an abysmal stay at different property. So refreshing to see clean linens and bright, welcoming spaces! The front desk staff were fantastic! We were warmly greeted by both staff and provided water and our choice of a small snack. Top-notch service! Our check-in to was quick and frictionless. We were assigned Room 203, which faces Veterans Memorial Blvd., meaning you'll hear some noise, but because this hotel was new construction and had decent insulation, the sound was unintrusive. Same with the noise from planes taking off and landing. The loudest thing we heard was the neighbors talking (or their TV) and other guests who can't seem to close doors without slamming them. The HVAC was a tiny bit louder than I preferred, but it was effective. Humidity hovered around 50%, which is perfect. Everything seemed clean, except for a bit of dust on the top edge of the TV. After a long day, we ordered food delivery and were on our way down to the lobby to retrieve the items, when we met our delivery driver exiting the elevator. Didn't expect for them to be let into the guest area, but it was convenient for us. My only quibbles were low water pressure in the shower and that the front desk marked us down for the wrong day in the airport shuttle logbook. We only stayed one night, but in the morning we found out we had been booked on the shuttle for the following morning. Luckily there were three remaining seats.
