check in and check was really easy, excellent service all around to include the airport shuttle, the room was super clean, there were good places to eat in the vicinity of the motel, would definitely stay there again

Very convenient for flying in and out of msy airport. Shuttle you to airport and back with no cost to you. Clean pool to swim in. Food delivery close by. Nice people hosting the place. Staff are very kind. Free breakfast is delisious!! Rooms are clean!!

The management here does not seem to be loyal customer friendly! As many times as I have stayed with Wyndham you would think at some point they would stop making my stays extremely difficult. My first stay here we had deposit issues that were eventually resolved. This time it’s booking issues with keeping the sweet that we were staying in. Usually management will hold our room to keep people from booking it while we stay here and pay day to day. This way you maintain occupancy and we get to pay the way we want to, a win win right ? Except they let people book over you when everybody in that office knows you are planning to stay more days and have held the room for you in the past. So they kick us out of the sweet and put us in a smaller room without more then a couple hrs notice, and CHARGE FULL PRICE ?!?!?! Any manager anywhere knows there is a button they can press and give a loyal customer a discount when seen fit. Of corse I’m not going to beg or ask for one when I can afford the room. It’s the principle. I understand there is policy and misunderstanding in some situations & that is why there is good customer service and hospitality training that teaches managers to take better care of their customers in these situations. At any other hotel I usually pay the morning of and go on about my day. Since I started staying here every single morning I have to sit and wait until 10 am to talk to a manager to get my room booked & get new keys. I can’t even start my day without worrying if they will need me to come back and move my stuff, so much for morning shopping or breakfast. Maybe they don’t want to honor the sweet upgrade for diamond members, maybe they outright don’t want my business. I don’t know, all I know is don’t stay here if your planning on staying long. It will more likely then not be made difficult and add stress to your trip, do yourself a favor and go somewhere without the hassle so you can actually enjoy your trip. Otherwise really clean and friendly staff. One maintenance/cleaning worker questionable and nosey, he likes to stare to hard at your women when walking past I’ve noticed. No microwave or fridge still, best cleaning/maid & room service around ! Also good breakfast and clean pool.

The hotel stated it had refrigerator in room but didn’t the speed numb to get to my room was seriously high to where I damaged underneath my car going to park and leave the hotel hardly nothing good for breakfast eggs tasted odd and no knives or spoons only forks so eating cereal and yogurt with a fork was not the best.
