Due to flight delays (that’s another story), I stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience when trying to navigate rebooking cancelled flights. The hotel staff are friendly, kind, hospitable especially when you might be having a bad day or night when you have spent hours in the airport waiting. For me The hotel was a respite. The hotel is modern, clean, offers free shuttle to/from MSY airport, has a restaurant and bar, and other amenities. Kudos to the staff who were amazing! Acknowledging Christina, front desk, Donna, bartender, and Centrelle, shuttle driver. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I have reason to stay near MSY.

A typical airport hotel. The pluses were a nice lobby with restaurant and bar and a snack bodega. I like like they are making some improvements to the property. My room was clean, the bed mattresses was getting to the end of its life but still sleepable. I just wish the A/C would have worked a little better. Overall not a bad choice

I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton New Orleans Airport in Kenner, LA while attending a business event over the weekend. From start to finish, the service was outstanding—especially thanks to Ayu at the front desk. Ayu reached out to me before my arrival to confirm details and make sure everything was in order. During my stay, she checked in to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly elevated my experience and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and conveniently located for airport access and business travel. The amenities were great, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thanks again to Ayu and the Hilton team for making this a smooth and stress-free weekend. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to the area!

This hotel is about 7 minutes from the airport. Not too much around it in terms of walking to restaurants, BUT use Uber and go into the city! Went to Canal Street and had a time! Hotel is nice, quiet and clean. There is a shuttle to/from the airport. BIG SHOUT OUT to Christina at the Front Desk! She was friendly, professional and has great restaurant suggestions. If ever in the area, please give it a try.

Christina & Ayu at the front desk were extremely helpful at check in & went above and beyond in their customer service. Our room was spacious, clean & the beds were comfortable. Exactly what we needed to get some much needed rest after a long day of delayed & cancelled flights. The complimentary shuttle to & from the airport is an added bonus.
