We found the campsite taverna by chance when we pulled in to watch the last of the sunset on our drive from Argostoli to Lassi along the coast road. The prices were so good compared to most of the restaurants, and the owner and waitresses were so friendly and welcoming. At first we sat at the front but it was a little windy, so we moved back and the waitress happily laid another table for us. The food was delicious, and the complementary ice cream dessert was a lovely touch. We went back there again on our last night, and we were welcomed like old friends, with hugs from the owner. We will definitely be back next year.

Best camping in whole of Kefalonia! Owners were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Close to small beach. Bar on site. Facilities very clean. Camping lots are surrounded by trees. 5 mins away from town! Fantastic place! Highly recommended!

Το καλύτερο κάμπινγκ από όλες τις απόψεις!Το Camping Argostoli στην Κεφαλονιά είναι εξαιρετικό, με πολλούς σκιερούς χώρους για να επιλέξει κανείς τον ιδανικό για την σκηνή και τη διαμονή του! Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική, κοντά στο Αργοστόλι, προσφέροντας εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα και δραστηριότητες. Ακριβώς μπροστά καθώς και σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται πολύ ωραίες παραλίες. Η ταβέρνα του camping προσφέρει από τα πιο νόστιμα φαγητά που φάγαμε στο νησί και είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος για να χαλαρώσει κανείς με καλή παρέα και να γνωρίσει κόσμο! Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, κάνοντας τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Είναι η τέλεια επιλογή για χαλαρωτικές και άνετες διακοπές στη φύση. Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Επιλέξαμε να έρθουμε εδώ λόγω κόστους και τοποθεσίας. Είχαμε χρόνια να κάνουμε κάμπινγκ, και το ότι θα βρίσκαμε μέχρι και το στρώμα στρωμένο ήταν δελεαστικο. Βέβαια 5 λεπτά να είχαν διαθέσει στην προετοιμασία πριν έρθουμε, να καθαριστεί το ψυγείο και το πάτωμα με ένα βετεξ, θα έκανε τή διαφορά. Δεν με πείραξε η ουρά για το ντουζ ώρες αιχμής, δεκαπενταύγουστο ήρθαμε, αναμενόμενο. Άφθονο ζεστό νερό. Λίγα χρήματα να επενδύσουν στις εγκαταστάσεις θα τα βγάλουν στο πολλαπλάσιο. Πολύ ικανοποιητική σκιά. Φιλικοί οι εργαζόμενοι εδώ. Ήταν πολύ ξεκούραστο το ότι δεν φέραμε το δικό μας εξοπλισμό. Και μας θεωρώ καλοβολη οικογένεια, επιλέξαμε την οικονομικότερη διαμονή, σέ ένα νησί που οι λοιπές παροχές του (εστίαση, δραστηριότητες, βενζίνη λόγω αποστάσεων), είναι ακριβές.

Op weg naar de hoofdstad Argostoli kwamen we op camping Argostoli hier hebben we regelmatig gegeten, en er genoten van het super mooie uitzicht over de azuurblauwe ionische zee en de mooie bergen in de omgeving en geheel rechts de haven van de hoofdstad Argostoli

This restaurant at the camp site has amazing views and is a great stop on the walk along the coastal road from Lassi into Argostoli - just past the famous lighthouse. Freddo coffee is always served with a piece of marbled cake and is delicious. The staff are really friendly and Ianna stands outside welcoming visitors with open arms! We had a vegetable brochette one evening which was also delicious and very inexpensive. Definitely worth a visit!

It is our third time at Camping Argostoli and we just love it. 24h nature. It is not quite glamping but if you don’t have a tent they provide tents with mattresses and sheets, plus you have a fridge and electricity. The tents are hidden under olive trees and Oleander bushes. Bathrooms and toilets are clean. The people that own it and the staff are very hearty and friendly. The food in the taverna that belongs to the Campsite is excellent. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. You can just swim, read, eat and sleep. The capital Argostoli is in 30min walking distance along the sea through some lovely pine wood. Argostoli is a nice place with lots of shops, bars and cafes.

Excellent location! Trees and shadow,very good facilities,excellent restaurant, magnificent view. Very friendly staff! I would definetely recommend it to every visitor in kefalonia, even if they dont stay there ,at least to have a nice meal at the camping restaurant. Ideal place for vacation..
