The "L" Suites & Apartments

This accommodation is ok if you are very fit or have a car or be prepared to pay for a taxi up and down .7€ each way . Yes there are nice views but it’s at the top of a long road that is steep. The pool area is nice but the rooms let it down. Where the breakfast is situated is not very big and if and when it’s gets busy you would be waiting a while. Would we stay again , probably not .

I stayed at The 'L' Suites with my husband and 4 month old in June. The owners, Katerina and Stelios, were fantastic. They were extremely friendly, gave us brilliant local recommendations and made our stay unforgettable. The pool area is stylish, clean and relaxed, the food was fresh and the pizza was exceptional. The staff regularly entertained our little one whilst we ate our dinner in peace. The rooms were clean and spacious with working aircon (unusual in Greece).

This was a two night stay with my husband and daughter to enjoy Argostoli . Lovely welcome on arrival. We had two separate rooms booked both pool views. Stelios upgraded mine and my husbands to a see view. Amazing views over Argostoli, so very thankful. My daughter’s room overlooked pool, was modern and clean. Restaurant and bar is a lovely spot overlooking the pool; also views over Argostoli sitting here. Spotless, up to date and a very well air conditioned area! Ordered pizzas on arrival which were delicious. Staff here are extremely helpful, attentive and very nice. Pool area is always quiet with great views, and always get a sunbed. Their breakfast was well presented and adequate for us. Walk into Argostoli is 15/20 mins, downhill! Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay before moving on and will return to do Lassi next time, as these apartments are in between the two areas. Thankyou Stelios, and all x

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful accommodation for the second time and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The property has been refurbished since my last visit and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Katarina and Stellios, who are some of the kindest and most genuine hosts I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. The property itself is spotless—immaculately clean and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. Everything was just as pictured (if not better!), and you can really tell that Katarina and Stellios take great pride in offering a high-quality experience to their guests. A nicely added extra I did not expect was air conditioning and strong WiFi in the room as it is a free service that usually you would pay for elsewhere. Kefalonia is an absolutely stunning island—breathtaking beaches, charming villages, and views that stay with you long after you leave. It’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and immerse yourself in the beauty of Greece. If you’re planning a trip to Kefalonia, do yourself a favor and stay here. I can’t imagine a better place to experience the island, and thanks to Katarina and Stellios, it was a stay I’ll never forget. The only criticism I have, is you will never want to leave!! There are stunning views from the L suites which is situated a short taxi ride from the town of Argostoli with it's great selection of restaurants, in one direction, and the beautiful beaches of Lassi in the other. Most of the staff at the L suites were pleasant, friendly and helpful, the breakfast and bar areas were clean and pleasant as was the pool which had comfortable sun loungers. The breakfasts were unchanging but adequate. Unfortunately our experience was marred by the attitude of the owner/manager. We arrived late at night due to a flight delay to find the place deserted and no obvious indication anywhere of how to contact the manager. I eventually found a phone number attached to an email and he appeared and showed us to our room. The room that we had booked looked lovely on the website but in reality was shabby, dingy and ill equipped. Other than for bathroom products nothing was provided as complimentary such as tea, coffee or water. There was a fridge, kettle and coffee machine but no cutlery or crockery. There was a hanging rail but nowhere else to unpack clothing. There were no bedside lights for reading and the purple ceiling lights gave the room a sleazy feel. They tiny shower room was not clean. We discussed our concerns with the manager the next day, he was defensive stating that as the rooms were apartments there was no night time reception, he said that we should have looked at the website to find the number to contact him and asked us if we expected a red carpet. He said that we were more concerned with marks on the walls than with the view. He hustled us repeatedly to hire a car even though we hadn't raised the matter of car hire. We declined. As the payment for the week was not refundable, and staying in that room would have been depressing we upgraded for a negotiated additional sum. We were unfortunate in our choice of accommodation but overall the island of Kefalonia is a lovely place to visit.

We had a lovely laid back week, very relaxing hotel, nice breakfast and friendly owners. Great pool and views. You can walk into Lassi for restaurants and the taxis are easy to get to take you around. We will come back to Kefalonia, one of the nicest Greek islands we have been to.
