We have visited Kanakis Apartments regularly over a period of 12+yrs. Our experience is one of exceptional accommodation and service. If you are looking for a relaxed break with clean, light,airy rooms with the benefit of its own pool overlooking the sea, then this is the place. There are only six apartments so you do have to book well in advance, we always booked almost a year in advance, yes they are that popular. Beautiful stylish hotel with great attention to detail. Everything has been thought of. Amazing views from balcony and pool. Tasty nutritious breakfast with local products. You cannot fault it in any way. The service is second to none. Nothing is too much for the owners.

Vue à couper le souffle, tout en étant en plein coeur du petit village d'Assos. Marilena est aux petits soins, tout est carré, rien à dire. Appartement propre et bien tenu, petit dej bon et frais. Profitez de ce bel endroit car les restos / cafés sont assez chers sur l'ile (Assos et Fiskardo surtout). La terrasse de l'appart pour 4 personnes vaut à elle seule le voyage. Petite épicerie dans le village; baignade et balades au pied de la rue ... un petit paradis grec.

Perfect from start to finish. The welcome from our hosts gave us a sense of peace when we arrived and the view was probably the best in the world .... With a sunset to match. Assos is a quiet, elegant place to visit with everything you need within walking distance. Beautiful swimming in the harbour and a magnificent walk uphill to the fortress, which also had incredible views. The apartment itself was super clean, simply and effectively appointed, with comfy beds, a coffee machine and the most magnificent home cooked breakfasts delivered to your apartment/cottage. The small pool was perfect for cooling off with the most amazing views. We cannot understate how fabulous the views and sunsets really were. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Just the best in Assos! 2nd time here and in the same apartment. This says something....as we never go back to the same place. Gerasimos and Joanne took over from his mum and dad. You can see and appreciate the small updates made ( not that there was anything bad about it in the 1st place!). Being served breakfast each morning on the balcony , just is the best start to the day. We will be back!!!

Everything about Kanakis Apartments is beautiful...the hosts, the accommodation, the breakfast and the views. A lot of our time was spent, sitting on our terrace, taking in the unobstructed, panoramic views. Absolutely stunning. And it was so very peaceful. We loved every minute!

Our second visit at Kanakis was as exceptional as the first time. After loving our stay the first time around, we chose Kanakis to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with a private dinner prepared by the hosts. From the warm welcome, to the cleanliness of the room to the stunning views, everything was just perfect. The breakfast on our private balcony was the highlight of each day and we wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend as the service and hospitality was ten star! Thank you Gerassimos and Ioanna, we will see you again next year!

Just wonderful. We stayed with our family, taking up 4 rooms for 4 nights , and could not fault our stay. Hospitality, service, housekeeping, breakfasts, pool, … everything was excellent. Not to mention our exceptional in house gourmet dinner. Our hosts provided such a warm and inviting experience. Thankyou so much. We wish that we could have stayed longer. Asos is a lovely town. Not too busy but with plenty to do - walks, day trips , restaurants, … Wayne, Kylie and Family
