Çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yatak olan odalarının olmadığını iddia ettiler, tabiki 3 yetişkinin 2 tek kişilikte yatması mümkün olmadığından kabul etmedi. Bize uzunca bire süre zorluk çıkardılar. Biz kabul etmeyince bir kişiye ayrı bir oda açalım demek durumunda kaldılar. Kabul ettik. Ancak epeyce bir bekledikten durumu sorduğumuzda odaya açılır portatif bir yatak eklemeyi önerdiler. Gece müdürünün tutarsız ve sorunlu yaklaşımı ardından ön büro müdür aradı ve benzer tavrı kendisi de sergiledi. Biz ısrarla bu saçma durumu kabul etmeyince size suit odaya alıyoruz dediler. Suit odada iki kişilik yatak var. Yine uzun bekleyişler sonrasında odaya tek kişilik bir yatak getirdiler. Oda maalesef kirliydi ve standart şekilde olması beklenen saç kurutma makinası gibi bir çok eşya emtialar da eksikti. 1.86 boyundaki oğlum maalesef getirdikleri yatakta yatamadı. Wyndham da son derece konforlu bir konaklama hayali ile rezervasyon yaptırmışken ve rezervasyonumuzda herhangi bir hata yokken böylesine kabul edilemez bir olayın başımıza gelmesi inanılır gibi değil. Bize bu şoku yaşatan ve konuyu çözmek yerine türlü bahanelere sığınan gece müdürü ve ön büro müdürünü kınıyorum. Her türlü merciye şikayet ederek bu durumu yanlarına bırakmamayı düşünüyorum. Trip.com sitesinden ise bu rezil ve çileli gece için ödediğimiz bedelin iadesini bekliyorum.

You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

Amazing front desk trying to help us set up food delivery app although communication was hard and not successful due to mobile number required. We end up go to nearer mall getting our dinner. Super comfy bed and super near to airport.

A simple one-night stay in a budget hotel next to the main road in Kayseri. It’s easy to find and there’s parking. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport, but there’s not much to eat around.

My husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants. Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Service - staff were friendly Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo
