Structure strategically positioned as it is a 5 minute drive from the airport while the center of Kayseri (castle and bazaar) are a 10 minute walk. The rooms are basic but clean, I recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the main road, even if it is warmer due to the exposure you will not have car noise and you will enjoy a better view. A slightly sore point is the bathroom, poorly maintained and with smelly drains. Friendly staff but speaks very little English, in the mid-afternoon they brought us some very welcome fruit as a gift. We did not try breakfast. In conclusion I recommend the structure, also for the reasonable price

Excellent service, decent environment, very good cleaning, very good breakfast. There is hot water all the time. I asked for 5 ready waters, they gave them, I asked how much it cost, they said it was free. I was very pleased. The staff is very respectful. Foreign tourists also often prefer it. My trip to Kayseri was cancelled due to Pegasus Airline shenanigans. I explained my situation to Nüzhet Hotel and managed to get a full refund despite having made a non-refundable booking. In the end I did not use the hotel, but I appreciated the quickness of the refund and thought I'd leave a positive comment.

We stayed at Nüzhet Hotel for 3 nights with our family when we went to Kayseri for Erciyes Ski Holiday in February 2024. It was both close to climbing the mountain and within walking distance to the city center. Our room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was meticulous, delicious and varied. But most importantly, the staff was very friendly, helpful and hospitable. We would like to thank the reception staff in particular.

It was a hotel that I preferred considering its 4 stars and customer reviews, but unfortunately it has nothing to do with the number of stars or reviews. First of all, the hotel has a parking lot for 3-4 cars, the bathroom and its materials, the closets and beds in the room are old and worn out. The space for a 3-bed room is narrow, the TV is 22 screen, there is a problem with the internet connection.
