Мы не заселились в этот отель. И не получили услугу по проживанию. С моего счета сняли сумму за не оказанную услугу.
На вашем сайте была размещена информация о данном отеле, цене проживания и услуг оказываемых отелем, стоимостью 3892 лир.
В частности были предложены услуги по СПА процедурам и трансферу на горнолыжный курорт, что являлось определяющим при выборе отеля. Хотя стоимость 5 * отеля Wyndham была 2900 лир так же размещённая на вашем сайте.
При заселении в данный отель мы увидели достаточно низкий уровень отеля, что подтвердило отсутствием каких либо звёзд. На вопрос о трансфере и Услугах СПА, управляющий отеля предложил платную услугу в размере 1200 лир и вызвать от куда то со стороны массажиста, если нам "это так необходимо". Понимая, сайт Trip. Com, ввёл нас в заблуждение, мы решили не заселяться о отель не соответствующей заявленному на сайте. В течении 3 часов мы пытались отменить бронирование и вернуть деньги, но служба поддержки сайте вела себя формально, принимая сторону отеля, а не своих клиентов.
Считаю данную ситуацию не допустимой, и прошу вернуть деньги за не оказанную услугу. Виновником данной ситуации полностью является Trip. Com. Предоставив ложную информацию и не защитив права клиента, когда эта информация вскрылась

Hotel ricavato dalla ristrutturazione e restauro di un quartiere storico della città. Comodo da Aeroporto (abbiamo usato la loro navetta all’arrivo di sera) e vicino al Centro. Camere grandi e pulite con bei bagni. La prima colazione davvero ottima con grande varietà di prodotti dolci e salati. Personale gentilissimo con qualche difficoltà in inglese da parte di alcuni (ma comunque gestibile).

It is placed in a quiet area, though less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kayseri. The hotel offers well-decorated, functional and spacious rooms, enabling a good rest. It is close to many interesting spots in Kayseri and the hotel itself can organize trips in the Cappadocia region. Breakfast is good and at the breakfast room you can also have a nice meal with traditional dishes. Bear in mind that Kayseri is a alcohol free city, but the orange juice they prepare is outstanding. The cost is quite affordable for western Europe standards It is to underline both the hospitality of the owner, as the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Some of them speak very good English.

Kayseri merkezde bulunan otelin konumu çok iyi. Odalar temiz ve ferah. 4 Konağın restorasyonu ile yapıldığı için tarihi bir dokusu var. Kahvaltısı ve alakart restoranı ***et yeterli. Personeller çok ilgililer özellikle Nusret Bey e teşekkür ederiz bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Kayseri'ye yolunuz düşer ise kesinlikler tavsiye deriz.

This hotel and staff are so awsom. Its in the city of Kayseri and is realy beautiful. I realy recomment the city of Kayseri and this hotel. There are not so much tourists overhere so youre betreden the local people. The rooms in this hotel are big and very clean. When we arrived, we got a welcome drink and after 5 mins, we got a big plate with fruit. Unbelievable. Thank you all dear staff.

Очень красивый и уютный отель. Мы были в Кайсери один день, проездом из Каппадокии в Стамбул в ожидании ночного рейса. Отель красивый, есть номера разного класса, мы брали номер делюкс, он более просторный и с гидромассажной ванной, остались довольны. Отель прекрасно расположен. С одной стороны, в самом историческом центре, с другой, в очень тихом месте, где нет шума от толпы. Во дворе 2 хороших ресторана. Аэропорт совсем рядом. Легко доехать на такси или машине от отеля. В 10 минутах ходьбы рынок и шопинг-центр. Приветливый персонал. Рекомендуем!
