A simple one-night stay in a budget hotel next to the main road in Kayseri. It’s easy to find and there’s parking. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport, but there’s not much to eat around.

Amazing front desk trying to help us set up food delivery app although communication was hard and not successful due to mobile number required. We end up go to nearer mall getting our dinner. Super comfy bed and super near to airport.

This hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea. The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.

My husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants. Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Service - staff were friendly Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo

Mom needs to know that the hotel is on a very busy street. The hotel is very central. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and clean. The service is good. Breakfast buffet might be a little more lovely, but is perfectly enough for a 3-Sterne hotel. For the transit, the hotel is well recommended.

Bir çift kişilik ve bir de tek kişilik yatak beklerken bize verdikleri odaya çıkınca 2 tek yataklı olduğunu görerek şok olduk. Odamızı değiştirmelerini istedik. Çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yatak olan odalarının olmadığını iddia ettiler, tabiki 3 yetişkinin 2 tek kişilikte yatması mümkün olmadığından kabul etmedi. Bize uzunca bire süre zorluk çıkardılar. Biz kabul etmeyince bir kişiye ayrı bir oda açalım demek durumunda kaldılar. Kabul ettik. Ancak epeyce bir bekledikten durumu sorduğumuzda odaya açılır portatif bir yatak eklemeyi önerdiler. Gece müdürünün tutarsız ve sorunlu yaklaşımı ardından ön büro müdür aradı ve benzer tavrı kendisi de sergiledi. Biz ısrarla bu saçma durumu kabul etmeyince size suit odaya alıyoruz dediler. Suit odada iki kişilik yatak var. Yine uzun bekleyişler sonrasında odaya tek kişilik bir yatak getirdiler. Oda maalesef kirliydi ve standart şekilde olması beklenen saç kurutma makinası gibi bir çok eşya emtialar da eksikti. 1.86 boyundaki oğlum maalesef getirdikleri yatakta yatamadı. Yatak beşik gibi sallanıyordu, sabitlemek için getirdikleri yatağı kanepeye dayadım ve diğer yanına da koltuk koydum. Ama maalesef çözüm olmadı. Zorla artık lanet olsun diyerek uyumaya çalıştığımızda gecenin 03 ü olmuştu. Sabah bitkin çok rahatsız ve dinlenmemiş olarak kalkıp hızla çıktık otelden. En az 50 ülke görmüş ve 500 den fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak 3. sınıf otellerde dahi karşılaşmadığım böylesine berbat bir durumu Wyndham markasında görmek bende büyük şaşkınlık yarattı. Gece oda servisinden yiyecek bir şeyler istedim, basit bir talep için dahi yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik. Wyndham da son derece konforlu bir konaklama hayali ile rezervasyon yaptırmışken ve rezervasyonumuzda herhangi bir hata yokken böylesine kabul edilemez bir olayın başımıza gelmesi inanılır gibi değil. Bize bu şoku yaşatan ve konuyu çözmek yerine türlü bahanelere sığınan gece müdürü ve ön büro müdürünü kınıyorum. Her türlü merciye şikayet ederek bu durumu yanlarına bırakmamayı düşünüyorum. Trip.com sitesinden ise bu rezil ve çileli gece için ödediğimiz bedelin iadesini bekliyorum.

You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.
