3-Star Hotels in Kawaba

We used this hotel to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. We were impressed from the outside even before entering the inn. It is clean and has a relaxing Japanese atmosphere. It seemed like it took a long time to check in because they were busy, but the welcome drink soothed us. The long corridor, electric cart, gondola, and stairs to get to the room on the 6th floor were tough for my 77-year-old mother, but by the time she went down to the bath, she was already enjoying it and said, ”You get used to it, but it doesn't bother me, but I'd get lost if I was alone.” She walked as if she was going for a walk. Each dish was carefully prepared and the seasoning was just right, so my mother enjoyed it. They also accommodated the men's requests for rice, and the white rice was delicious! The service of the person in charge of the meals was wonderful, and it didn't seem like a job, but their heartfelt service made the meal even more delicious and enjoyable. They even prepared purple chanchanko for my mother's 77th birthday. I don't think I told them it was for her 77th birthday, but I think they noticed when I wrote ”Congratulations on your 77th birthday” on the cake message on the online ordering service and prepared it for me! What a thoughtful touch! My siblings who went with us all said ”We want to come again!” and best of all, my mother was smiling and happy the whole time, so I'm really glad we chose Kawaba Onsen Yuurian.
