Very good, the price is good, the room is large, and there is a balcony. Miss Sister at the front desk is very beautiful and enthusiastic, I will stay here again next time!

Stayed one night and I’m happy with my hotel choice. Pretty modern and close to Kaunas center and right in front of bus and train stations. Very good option if you have an early bus or train next day. Breakfast buffet was quite good. I opted for coffee, fried egg, sausages and smoked salmon + couple of delicious pastries. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant as well. You can go there and check the city view. Staff was friendly. I mostly travel in Asia and was surprised not to find any slippers in the room 😅 and don’t expect anything else in the room besides a bottle of mineral water, 2 towels and a hairdryer. I guess it’s catered for basketball fans who come to watch games in the nearby arena. There were lots of basketball themed details in the hotel.

I found a decent gym to work off those calories! There was a lady called Ingrid whom I found was very knowledgeable about Kaunas and other parts of Lithanuia. Well done Ingrid! Good work!

Literally next to the bus station and near the train station. It is about a 10-minute walk from the centre. There is a supermarket, cafes and a city bus stop nearby. The room was fine, comfortable, clean, the TV had YouTube, Netflix... the only drawback is that the air conditioning cannot be regulated (only cold air came out or the option to turn it off) so at night we were cold. The breakfast was good, buffet style, they don't have much sweets, it's almost all savoury and typical food that they have for breakfast there. At reception they have luggage storage.

My recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.

Very good hotel is very new and much bigger than expected. I checked in early on Christmas and I was worried that I would not be able to check in. I emailed the hotel and told me that I can check in 24 hours. The attitude of the staff is also super good Ačiu! :)

The hotel is in the pedestrian street. I pulled the box from the bus terminal for about 20 minutes. The facade of the hotel is very low-key, and I walked over accidentally. Next door is charlie pizza, you can pay attention. The hotel is very historical, although the facilities are not new, but it is OK, there is no hair dryer, but there is an electric drying rack. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and asked her about the bus app download and bus station, and she answered patiently. There is breakfast, I need to pay separately, I didn't go.

Great experience! Easy check in… very straightforward! Room and toilet very clean. Great location, close to old town, walking distance to center. Recommended.

The hotel is in an old building, but the renovation is very modern. The rooms are small (small in Europe) clean, comfortable and quiet. It is close to the pedestrian street and not far from attractions such as the City Hall. It is a good value for money hotel. Breakfast is quite satisfactory.
