Spa Hotel Härmä - Härmän Kylpylä

Where to start... Our room was located in basement, so you can imagine the little odd smell there.. Beds, i quess you can sleep on them if you are not moving too much, bedding was pretty "slippery". Pillows, oh well, they told the story of many sleepers before us. Shower, oh my god.. "nice" big suprise also waited there at the morning when i turned the lights on, silver-colored little thingies crawling back inside the walls.. Room wasnt too clean either, dust, hair... sheets and towels were clean tho! Breakfast, oh well, just stay away from the warm-food section, unless all you want to eat from there is boiled eggs and Karelian pies. Juice pretty watery, bread and toppings were allright. After night and breakfast, we didnt want to use our spa-tickets wich included our room prize, just wanted to get out asap. Staff was very friendly, no complaints on that part of this hotel, but everything else..

Midnight, July 17th. And there we were - me and my 3 kids, unable to enter another hotel nearby that we actually paid for. In tears I walked up to the reception and explained the situation. A very polite and service-minded guy found us a room, explained the fasilities, got the cleaning personnel to put in extra beds so we could go to sleep. The hotel payment was reasonable and included access to the spa section with swimming pool. Clean rooms, good breakfast and easy check-out routine.
