We had a room with two double beds and an AC, this was perfect for our family of 4. We landed in Sri Lanka at 9 pm and just needed to place to sleep before we officially began our holiday. The lady working at the frontdesk was very kind. We also got bottled water in the room, which was amazing since we did not stop at a shop before heading there. We arrived at night and left again in the morning, so we are not sure if there are shops or restaurants around this area.

It’s good

It is 4 kilometers away from Colombo Airport and a taxi cost about 1,000 rubles. The location of the B&B is very good, in the middle of a group of B&Bs, so it's very quiet. The room is large and clean, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy. It is about 2 kilometers away from the airport bus station. You can take a bus to Colombo or Kandy and other places, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located in a quiet village, close to the airport. We spent the night before departure. Clean linen and towels. The air conditioner works. At first they moved me into an uncleaned room, but upon request they moved me to another one, but the floor was still not washed.

We arrived in the middle of the night to a warm welcome. After a discussion re breakfast time, we were shown to our room. The room was basic but spotlessly clean as was the en suite. Next morning the water ran out during one shower but came back after a while. Apart from the occasional plane it was very quiet. Our Sri Lankan breakfast was tasty without being too hot – dahl, chicken curry, sambal. Manu had organised a driver to pick us up from the airport and to also to take us on a tour of Negombo in the morning. We greatly appreciated not having to check out of our room until early afternoon when we were being picked up by our driver for a tour of Sri Lanka

What a fantastic place, Ared villa is. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the surroundings were fantastic, our rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels. The atmosphere is great and such a beautiful place to relax with your family and friends. Breakfast was first rate every morning. We would highly recommend Ared Villa for a wonderful stay in Sri Lanka

We're so glad we found this absolutely gorgeous place! So close to the airport and for a decent price as well. Super friendly staff and mouth watering authentic sri Lankan food! Would definitely revisit when back in Sri Lanka!

Beautiful cozy villa with a large peaceful garden. The food was amazing and the staff gave us a very good service. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Ared Villa for your amazing service 👏

Beautiful villa just 5 minutes away from the katunayake airport. The staff and the host were very friendly and even allowed us an early check in and late check out free of charge. The food was 10/10.. will definitely recommend this villa to all my friends and family ❤️
