The staff's language, manner of speaking, and customer service were truly infuriating. When I went to check out, they didn't say anything like "I'm sorry" or "I'm very sorry," and I couldn't check out without my card. They said. I stayed in the best room. Even though I went to the front desk with my room key in the heavy rain, the attitude toward the guests was terrible. I had no choice but to go get the card in the heavy rain, but the cleaning cart in the front room was in the way and I couldn't get through, but there was no sign of an apology. I will definitely not go there. It's better to stop.
