A five-star hotel in Heraklion, with a very good location, just a dozen minutes' walk from the port, next to the city center, and a 3-minute walk from the Archaeological Museum. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I took a boat from Athens to Crete in the morning. Maybe because it was off-season, the hotel let me check in directly. The room was spacious, clean, and worth it!

The service is very good. The location is very good. It is very convenient to go to the Archaeological Museum and the pedestrian street. The pier for boat rides is also very close and can be reached on foot. We stayed in a south-facing room, which was still very quiet. The hotel breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. The staff were also very nice. I personally think it was good.

After getting off the cruise ship, you can walk directly to the hotel. The location is very good, close to the museum and the street where people eat. There are many people for breakfast, and the service is average. The swimming pool is too small, but the view on the top floor is not bad.
