Quiero expresar mi descontento con la actitud del personal directivo del hotel, ya que fue completamente desagradable y poco profesional. Sin embargo, quiero destacar que el servicio proporcionado por los trabajadores del restaurante y la limpieza fue excelente. Su amabilidad, eficiencia y dedicación hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera más agradable a pesar de los problemas con la dirección. Espero que se tomen medidas para mejorar la actitud y el servicio del personal directivo.

Ikke en god oplevelse…
********** og hotellet lover drinks og pool bar på hotellet. Det var der ikke noget af - og det første vi fik at vide var, at der ikke serveres alkohol overhovedet, fordi det er en muslimsk eget hotel. Hvilket absolut ikke står nogle steder - men billederne viser noget andet. Legepladsen er meget ødelagt og man skal ikke lade sit barn lege alle steder - risiko for at pådrage sig skader på redskaberne!
God mad, men tager oftest sin tid.
Vi kom 4 dage ude for sæson og der var dødt på hotellet. Ingen stemning og virker som om personalet også er gået på ferie. Ikke kom under ramadan!!

Nous avions réserver un villa avec piscine privée. Villa très spacieuse 2 salles de bain et deux chambres et très grand salon séjour et deux salons de jardin extérieur. Piscine très grande Personnels au petit soin Petit déjeuner délicieux avec jus de fruit frais tous les matins. Petit bémol sur le prix des repas midi ou soir ( 20$) prix européen qui nous ont poussés tous les soirs à aller manger chez le voisin ( manolo ) a moitié prix et délicieux. Ménage nickel. Accès plage hors à taille humaine.

We loved having a 3 bedroom suite with a living area and private baths for all. So nice to be all together yet in our own space, The food was good and the service was too! Unfortunately the property isn't licensed. That's the only hesitation I would have on returning.

Séjour Époustouflant !!
J'ai passé un séjour époustouflant avec ma Best ( LOML ). Tout était incroyable : de la villa très confortable et extrêmement propre, à la cuisine du restaurant de très haute qualité.
Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme du personnel de l’hôtel, qui offre une prise en charge digne des plus grands complexes hôteliers étoilés. Une mention spéciale à Wilson, Ramadhan et Kassim pour leur service exceptionnel.
À très bientôt pour de nouvelles aventures, avec un minimum d'un mois sur place comme à notre habitude.

The staff received us very warmly and the three bedroom villa we shared was comfortable, the beds were soft enough and pillows very fluffy. Ali was very helpful and on call to ensure we enjoyed our two nights stay. The resort does not serve alcohol but he was able to organize for us what we wanted from outside moreover late in the night. The pool is clean and quiet. Generally a very good place to chill with family. No pressure.
