STAY AWAY!
We arrived at the hotel after travelling 12 hours and the shuttle the hotel arranged was not there. This is because the hotel had not arranged the pick up and when we phoned they scrambled to find us a ride. We were also misinformed about whether we needed cash to pay for the taxi by the hotel. We arrived to the hotel and there was no room for us. The manager was conveniently not in and the booking manager was not willing to speak to us. They told us they had the reservation that we paid for but no room. We either had to be shipped off to their (lower quality) sister hotel or get a refund and leave. No meaningful help was provided and they had the ******** to tell us to WhatsApp the booking manager because they didn't want to speak to us on the phone. No explanation was given.

We had an unforgettable stay at Pearl Beach Resort! Every day the food was freshly prepared by the amazing chef, and every dish was absolutely delicious. Fresh fruits and drinks were always available, and we loved the variety and quality of the meals. The staff were the friendliest and happiest we have ever met ,always kind, smiling, and making us feel so welcome. Pearl Beach Resort is truly a family-friendly with clean rooms beautiful beach and pools. A place where you immediately feel at home. We will miss Nasir, Eliane, Hajir, Stella, Dorotas, Abdulhamid and all the wonderful team members so much. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories. We can’t wait to come back! Bonjour Je souhaite connaître la configuration des chambres ( celles vue jardin). Je ne trouve pas l'information. Nous serons 3. Y a t'il une chambre séparée, d'un coin salon pour que notre grande fille y dorme de son côté. Ou vaut il mieux prendre 2 bungalows Merci☺️

Super accueil, personnel tres gentil et aimable. l'hotel est sympa, le resto/ bar/ bureau accueil est situé sur une belle terrasse avec vue incroyable sur l'ocean. Les chambres sont situees dans des bungalows tout autour . Elles sont de taille tres correcte. Bien equipees ( clim, placards...) Peut etre un peu vieillissantes, mais toujours propres.Repas: Pas trop de choix, mais pour 8 jours cela ne nous a pas gené. C'etait toujours tres bon.. Coktails du " all inclus." Bons, (ce n'est pas toujours le cas). Tout le personnel est à l'ecoute, mais mention speciale aux animateurs francophones Suleiman et Nassir qui sont adorables. Nous avions aussi reserve un safari dans la reserve de Selous qui a ete magnifique. Dommage que ce soit si loin.

Points positifs : Souleiman et Nassir sont d’excellents animateurs soucieux du bien être de la clientèle et bienveillants ainsi que tout le personnel et les serveurs et serveuses. Points négatifs : douche de la chambre très glissante, menus du buffet pas assez variés, pas de navette pour sortir de l’hôtel pas assez d’activités l’après midi, manque également activités les jours de pluie (jeux de sociétés, livres…)

Hotel excentré manque les navettes pour sortir .chambre très propre personnels adorables animateurs Souleiman et Nassir très à l'ecoute. Petit bémol : le buffet manque fruits de mer et poisson Vue magnifique hôtel reposant . J'ai passé de bonnes vacances
