Perfect, friendly service (even slightly better than Four Seasons). True luxury. Kilometers of pristine sand beach. Emmanuel (chief of staff) was very practical and helpful; Tobia (executive chef) created fantastic local and international dishes (pasta was perfectly done); the general manager was also always around, engaged and helpful. We stayed in the Family Villa with 7 of us for a week. Effortless. Stayed after two weeks of safari and Kilimanjaro climb. Completely recharged! (I carefully read all of the negative reviews and do not agree with them; you need to keep in mind that you are in a relatively remote area in a country that might not have the infrastructure of your home country; this is not a hotel issue).

The Best Hotel in Zanzibar! We only stayed for one night but wished we had booked it for our entire stay in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredible. My husband had been bitten by a monkey at another hotel, and the staff immediately called their in-house doctor, ensuring he received the best care. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. The entire team makes you feel right at home, and the hospitality is unmatched. The resort itself is stunning, the food is exceptional, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. We’re so sad to leave this amazing place and can’t wait to return!

We hadden een hele mooie uitzicht naar het strand, alle medewerkers waren lief en vrolijk, iedereen had een glimlach op zijn gezicht. De bed was lekker zacht en confortabel, internet was zeer snel, Netflix kijken ging gemakkelijk, het eten was heerlijk.

We stayed in the beach villa, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we always felt welcome and well taken care of. The villa was well-equipped, providing all the comfort we needed for a truly relaxing vacation. We would definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful place to others!
