Our vacation here has been incredible. We have a beautiful villa right on the beach, the sea is amazing, and the weather — despite the forecast — has been perfect (so don’t worry about what the forecast says). The beach, the pool, the temperature — all top-notch. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly. Nothing is ever a problem. Communication through WhatsApp is smooth and super quick, 24/7. We honestly have nothing to complain about. It’s our first time here, but definitely not the last. The best part of it all is the privacy and peace. You’ll fall in love with this place.

I have read descriptions of Paradise that would make any sensible person stop wanting to go there. To accurately define and capture the perfection that is Ycona Luxury Resort in words would take hours and as I prefer not to spend the little precious time I have left in this Eden of a place, I will not even bother to try. You will know it when you experience it. All I really want is to give a heartfelt thanks to all the amazing people in this place who collectively have made our stay truly memorable. I would like to thank the guest services host, Omar, for his kindness, professionalism and mysterious intuitive ability to provide you with what you want without you even having to ask. A sincere thanks also to General Manager Anja for her openness, experience and relentless efforts to ensure guest satisfaction; to Patrick for his warmth, sense of humor, and excellent service. Always there and always with a smile on his face. And to everyone else. Just take my word for it, this place is great. Or dont, either way I´m heading back out to paradise.

Stunning new resort with amazing villas surrounded by beautiful gardens, small lakes and spice garden. The resort design has been very well thought out and very attractive. We stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa which was absolutely stunning and huge. The outdoor private pool was big with a lovely patio area - partly covered. Inside there was a large open plan kitchen with all modern facilities and amenities. This led into a a spacious and impressive lounge area. Just off this were 2 well appointed separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa really did have the WOW factor. We loved it so much that we returned a second time! The main swimming pool area is very chic with a swim up bar and a number of outdoor salas located in the centre of the pool area. There are 3 restaurants including and Italian, African and Fusion Mediterranean. Food was very good and a good choice of meals. The breakfast at the Y Lounge were exceptional - plenty of fresh fruit, smoothies and juices and a great A la Carte menu. Staff here were exceptional and very friendly and keen to please. Couldnt do enough for us! This is a great place to go and chill and relax for a few days! Loved it!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the resort. From start to finish the service has been excellent. Before we arrived Roberto and Omar checked in to assist with any requests / activities & transfers. The dining team were all lovely, plenty of choice and an exclusive dining experience. The breakfast is fantastic - with the option to have in your villa. It was a lovely surprise bring out a cake for my partners birthday! Pool area and facilities are top notch and space to park if you drive to the resort. The villa itself is simply fantastic. Pure luxury and well worth staying in the signature villas if you can! Special thanks to Omar and Roberto from Guest relations who made the stay extra special for us! Also many thanks to the restaurant staff including James, Dismus & Esther to name a few! Looking forward to coming back with our family in the future

Siamo stati ospiti di Ycona Luxury resort in una Jungle suite l’ultima settimana di novembre, io, marito e mia figlia di 4 anni. E voglio iniziare a descrivere proprio la stanza: chiamarla suite è riduttivo! Stanza veramente spaziosa, arredata con gusto. Bagno moderno, specchio gigantesco, doccia spaziosa. E anche una vasca da bagno all’aperto nel retro della stanza. Grande attenzione ai particolari, come la macchinetta del caffè disponibile in camera (vitale per un italiano!!!) Parola d’ordine è privacy: una volta imboccato il vialetto della propria villa ci si dimentica che fuori esista il resto del resort. Piscina del resort dal design originale, variabile nella profondità rendendola molto piacevole anche per i bambini. Ampi lettini matrimoniali al centro della piscina all’interno di gazebi rendono godibile l’esperienza all’aperto anche nelle ore più calde. Attorno alla piscina disponibili anche lettini e ombrelloni in paglia su una lingua di sabbia (molto amata da mia figlia per giocarci). Dalla piscina si scende tramite scaletta ad una spiaggia dalla quale è possibile in certi orari raggiungere il loro “private sandbank”: una lingua di sabbia bianchissima che emerge dall’acqua, un’esperienza indimenticabile. Ottimi tutti e 3 i ristoranti provati: cucina italiana e internazionale ben calibrata nei gusti e con i sapori inconfondibili delle meravigliose spezie di zanzibar. Lo slice: vera pizza italiana in africa dovevo ancora trovarla! Il mama africa è un meraviglioso giardino in cui oltre all’ottima cucina è meravigliosa l’esperienza alla scoperta dell’orto delle spezie. E infine il beach lounge, dove è disponibile anche la prima colazione è un adorabile location direttamente sulla sabbia con una vista mozzafiato. Molto amata da mia figlia anche le due altalene situate vicino al bancone. Una parola speciale la voglio spendere anche sul personale gentilissimo e sempre attento a non farti mancare nulla. Molto carine anche le iniziative interne di animazione, disponibili ma non invadenti come il dar da mangiare ai pesci del laghetto che mia figlia ha amato tantissimo. Insomma una vacanza indimenticabile che spero di riuscire a fare presto
