had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kathmandu. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping was consistent and detailed — I always came back to a fresh and tidy room. The location is also perfect: close to everything, but still quiet enough at night to get good rest. It’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and many cultural sites. Overall, amazing service, lovely people, and a place I would happily return to. Highly recommend.

Everything is very very good. A room same like picture. Staff very nice they taking a good care for me and breakfast is okay. they can arrange taxi from Airport to hotel and from Hotel to Airport. They made a good time in Kathmandu for me. if you find a budget hotel but great service I think you have to pick this hotel And if i come back agian , I'll come back to this hotel for sure ! 🎉🎉🎉

Everything was great apart from a little bit of construction noise in the early days. Great location in Tamel, on a quiet street away from the noise of the city. The staff were as friendly and friendly as possible and responded to any request. Free airport transfer is a convenient addition to stay at this hotel. Breakfasts are not very diverse, but satisfying, however, I did not have enough vegetables. Hotel manager Sachin arranged for us the mountain flight at a cost lower than the travel agencies and even the airline itself offered, with transfers from the hotel and back after flight. Great place for this cost. Thanks!

Overall satisfactory. The overall equivalent is a domestic express hotel. Still clean and the service is still warm. No Chinese service. There are many Chinese restaurants around, which is convenient. Opposite is the ramen restaurant.

The location is ideal — close to key attractions yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet after a long day out. Breakfast was fresh & delicious. What really stood out was the staff's willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was arranging transport, offering local tips, or just checking in to see if everything was perfect — they truly care about their guests. Highly recommend Hotel Friends Home to anyone visiting Kathmandu. It's affordable, welcoming, and feels like a home away from home. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel is located in Thamel area and is very convenient. The room is clean, well-maintained, and satisfactory. There is only one thing that needs to be improved. When I flushed the water in the sink, it smelled like sewage. It may only be room 306, but please check. This is a very small point, I was satisfied with the hotel.

It was uncomfortable to go around because it was under construction for a while. Pick up service was good and quiet at this price It was comfortable. Friendly staff Room service is good and the hotel is worth receiving spa. Breakfast is simple but ok. First of all, the room was spacious and quiet, so I spent another day than I expected.

All the hotel staffs here are very nice and careful everyday! They gave me a chance to have Nepalese traditional liquor and served packed breakfast even my departure time is just before the time to start breakfast hour. Thank you for everything to support my stay.
